Worth every penny and such a beautiful, sturdy piece of equipment. This was a Christmas gift
to my Son and Daughter-in-law who entertain quite a bit!! This large warming tray will hold a
lot of dishes to be kept warm thru a serving time....

I ordered this after seeing a similar product at a friend's house. I used it for a party I had. I could not find where to change the heating settings, but I was in a rush and did not look at it until the day of the party. I left it on the default setting and it worked very well. I was very happy, and it kept our food very warm. It worked very well for the huge aluminum pan we had, full of rice, but I believe there will be other types of foods that would require a lower heating setting. Over all this product worked great. When I get a chance, I still have to make sure the heating setting can change from high to low. I also enjoyed the fact that the product is not very bulky and looks sleek. Unlike the traditional old fashion sternils, that I have always used in the past.

Convenient

This warming tray is great for entertaining, as it keeps hot food hot.  I had another warming tray years ago that didn't have a detachable cord.  This is much better and it really does stay hot for an hour.

Excellent gadget for keeping food (or plates) warm for 1 - 2 hours. Very sleek and compact design does not clutter the table. Highly recommended for the holidays, entertaining, or just keeping food warm for friends and family.

If you're into entertaining, this product is defiantly for you! I have both the Large and Medium Cordless Warming Tray from Salton (although I recommend just purchasing multiple of the large)! It has plenty of room to offer several dishes and stays warm for quite some time!

I own two of these beauties. They are great for entertaining, but I tend to use them more on weekends for breakfast for my family. It keeps pancakes warm without drying them out (which I find tends to happen when using the warming drawer on my oven), so we can go back for seconds that are "just right!" in terms of temperature.

I timed it.  Twice.  It did not stay as hot as I would have liked.  Sort of "luke warm"  after 45 minutes or so.  I am going to keep it but I am going to adjust plans when I use it.

Excellent product.  Always have warm food on the table. Just be careful of the surface, S/S gets scratches.

Excellent product!

This unit does not have an on/off switch. Once you've had it plugged in for 8 minutes, you're committed, and you cannot turn it off.  Even unplugging it does not work, because of the built-in cordless function.  It stays energized and really HOT for an hour.  If you happen to have an accident or emergency, your only option is to very carefully carry it HOT outside to let it cool eventually.

This HOT tray is dangerous
