Good looking, space saving, good price, gives a great even toast! Only flaw is a little weak on the rise of the toast, but that isn't any reason to give it less than 5 stars. Oh, I would like a little chime to know it popped.

Awesome and space saving

We used it once and observed that the outside of the toaster gets much too hot. Eventually we found a toaster, yes more expensive, but one which is constructed to offer better protection against accidental burns.

Toaster gets too hot on the outside.

I have to run through two cycles on high to get bread toasted. I am returning this toaster.  Looks nice but does not work well at all.
