I am very pleased with my mug warmer, this is the 3rd one I have owned and this one is really nice as it keeps my beverages nice and warm.  Price is nice as well.

Works very well, love it!  Keeps my coffee and tea just the right temp.  Works best with wide bottom cups.  Like the convenient on off switch.  I use it on my bedside table for drinking hot tea while watching tv at night.

I'ts great keeping your drink warm on these up coming   cold days. It won't keep it hot, hot , but warm. I love it.

Mug warmer

Keeps my coffee hotvlike it is supposed  to.  I can have a nap wake-up and finish my coffee and it is still  hot.

The item was a replacement for 1 that stopped working on me.  The unit is a very simple unit with an on off switch.   

The only thing I would change is it has a rotary on/off switch on the cord that when coming up behind a desk to plug in under it, it can be difficult to reach the switch.  A better solution would have been the on/off switch on the top of the unit.  

For the price it is well worth it.

Salton Mug Warmer

Was skeptical ordering this but to my surprise it works very well.  Now i don't have to keep going to the microwave to heat up my coffee.  I also put my fragrance candle that was in a glass jar on it and wow it really works well.  I'm going to order another one for my candles.  Don't care for the on/off switch hence the 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

I was surprised

Keeps mug contents satisfactorily warm.  Also used to keep tea pot warm.  Does not automatically ally shut off after a set time however making it easy to forget and leave on all day if you get distracted.

A basic mug warmer.

Doesn't quite keep my coffee warm enough but at least keeps it drinkable.  That being said I do like my coffee pretty hot.  Wish it had a time out feature as well in case I forget to turn it off.

Does not get hot enough; not as many watts as older one, and i am not as fond of the switch on the cord as I am with my older model with switch on unit, however I can live with it if it is a safety factor.

First complaint is a deal breaker.

The description for this item is wrong. Says it has on/off switch on unit. It is not. Its got an inline switch which the person this was intended for can not operate.
