Got this for my husband to make herbal tea at his desk at work. Works great for that, although I would imagine it makes coffee just as well.

Good product

This product works as stated. My problem with this is it isn't auto shut off you have to manually shut it off when done.

Shut Off??

After buying this I feel stupid for spending so much time, money and effort buying tassimo pods over yhe last few years and making pots of coffee that were wasted and had to be cleaned afterwards. This thing is awsome. Way more convenient. Tiny, silent ( not like a machine gun like the Tassimo), 10 x easier to clean. No need to clean a coffee pot or spend $$ on t discs that I run out of all the time.  The amount of water you put in is the amount that comes out so you never have to worry about overfilling, underfilling. No need to replace filters. Its so small you could take it camping or stick it in a cupboard if you rarely drink coffee. My only criticism is that you really need a steady hand to pour the water in, but after a few times I got the hang of it. And if I need two or three cups I can just make them as I need them. Great product

Better than tassimo

This pot is a lifesaver when you do not want to make a full pot. Very convenient and make a real good hot and tasty cup of coffee.

I loved the price for this thing.  I've used this type of 1 cup coffee maker for several years and needed to replace my old one.  This brand for some reason doesn't produce the same bold, robust flavor of coffee that my old one did.  Also -- the top lid does not close all the way which is quite annoying.

Not the best quality -- poor quality control

I bought this coffee maker & took it back because it was not very hot, I exchanged for a B&D single serve coffee maker for $6.00 more, it works much better & automatically shuts off after the coffee is done. It can be used for anything using hot water.

This is a piece of functioning Junk. So light it would blow over in a stiff wind, no cup adaptor, and no auto off. Coffee is so-so. I would not let an elderly person use this, as opening the lid when it's still "on" causes a spitting effect which sends coffee grounds in all directions.
