Excellent kettle

I bought this kettle several months ago at Costco.  Love it, enjoy the fact that is is glass takes the guess work on if it needs to be cleaned due to build up you can't usually see in other types of kettles.  It has some great features, you can set the temperature you want it to reach.  The lights change colours so you know which range of temperature is it within.  We use ours regularly and love the bonus tea steeper that comes in handy.

The previous model was discontinued so I had to order this one to get the different coloured lights while the water warms up. If I'm going to watch water boil, I'm going to enjoy the show 😊. I love this kettle!

Love this!

I wanted a kettle that would be easy to clean, with a removable lid and one that would show me the temperature so that I can control the degree of heat. I got both!

I received this as a house warning gift 4 months ago, because everyone knows how much I love kitchen appliances and Salton in particular. However, this tea steeper kettle has started leaking after a little less than 4 month of use. It worked very well initially and the glowing light let my kid know it was in use, so dry away and let mommy know when the light had turned red. I noticed puddles around the kettle after few months and stopped using it. For picture, had filled the kettle with 1 litre of water and left it. There was a puddle which I cleane, but second picture shows the leak from one side only.

Great while it lasted

It beeps for everything.  Three beeps when boiled.  A beep every time you place it back on the base.  An extra bonus beep when it's gone off the boil.  Imagine all those beeps early in the morning when you're trying not to wake other people.  Crazy.
