After doing some research and watching various videos about the product I made the decision to grab it. I should note it was also $100 off when I purchased it.

It's been a few weeks now and I must say I'm super impressed, yet alone extremely happy! 

There is a bit more work needed that just plug and play, but once you have the balance of chemicals properly done, it's great. 

I recommend.

Better than expected

We 100% with our spa.  Great buy and works really well. It's very spacious and seat 4 people.  Very easy to assemble and start up is quick.  It's a great buy, we so happy with it.  We love the Saluspa as we had the round spa before.  The square is better as it's more spacious. Just good reviews here👍

Loving the use of the hottub. Glad I got it. Exceptional quality for the price. Not sure how one would fit 6 ppl in here, it's comfortable with the average size people. 
Set up was a tad confusing as booklet was all photos and no explanation. I used a YouTube video and it went smooth after finding that.

[Employee of walmartcanada] LOVE this hot tub!!! It heats up to 104 degrees and is surprisingly comfortable! When you turn on the jets - it stops heating because it's only plugged into a standard voltage outlet. In freezing temperatures, you can get about 45 minutes of use before the temperature drops below 99 degrees. The jets are quite powerful and the bottom is very soft for sitting. This is a great option for people who do not want to pour a concrete pad or set up higher voltage required for permanent hot tubs.

Great temporary hot tub!

I love the this hot tub. However, the inflatable top keeps going flat, so it definitely has a leak and I definitely have not pierced it with anything. I have had it set up for three days so I believe the inflatable top came with a leak. So I will probably try to reach out  to get the inflatable portion replaced. But other than that, this product is amazing.

Amazing product, but inflatable top keeps flat

We are very happy with the SaluSpa Ibiza Inflatable Hot Tub. Unfortunately one of the cover snaps was missing altogether. Also the Inflatable cover seems to lose air after only one week of use. I will be in touch with warranty dept. right away, and i am sure problem will be resolved. The tub itself is great!

Hot Tub is great, but...

Takes about 1 hr per degree Celsius to heat up. When jets are going loses heat rapidly. Set up was very easy.

Mixed feelings.

Delivery and set up of tub was great. Enjoyed it for three days and then the problems started - error codes, beeping, etc. Tried all the troubleshooting suggestions - checked water levels, cleaned filter, installed new filter, checked for obstructions, back-washed, even drained the tub and started over. Problems persist. Not impressed whatsoever. It's a lemon and not worth the money at this point.

Hot Tub problems after three day

ALREADY DEFLATING AFTER 2 WEEKS!!! there is no apparent holes. so maybe a bad seal on the air plug...
The instructions were terrible.  
It does cool down quickly from the bubbles, brining in cold outside air and not heating it first. 
It fits 2 adults and a smaller child but I wouldn't put more then that in there unless your going to all sit criss cross. 
The square shape is nice. 
The lid has the child protected buckles which is great for keeping kids out but very challenging to opennif you have more then stubby finger nails.

Doesn't hold air for long.

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to express a concern regarding the environmental impact of Walmart's current price protection policy.

Recently, I purchased a unit from Walmart for a loved one with limited mobility. While I am satisfied with the product itself, I encountered an issue with the price protection policy. Two days after my purchase, a promotion (OUTDOOR20) was released, offering a discount on the same item. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that in order to benefit from the discount, I would need to physically return the item to the store and repurchase it online at the discounted price.

This process struck me as not only inconvenient but also environmentally unsustainable. Requiring customers to physically return items for a refund results in unnecessary transportation emissions and contributes to packaging waste, particularly when the product is perfectly functional and there is no need for it to be restocked.

I believe that implementing a more streamlined and environmentally friendly solution, such as issuing online vouchers or refunds for price differences, would not only benefit customers but also align with Walmart's commitment to sustainability.

I urge Walmart to reconsider its price protection policy and explore alternative methods that minimize environmental impact while still ensuring customer satisfaction.
