Nice cheap towerl warmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The towel warmer works well, and dries a nice size stack of towels.  Priced very reasonably as well.  

The issue is that the screws and legs can not be made stable enough no matter how much you tighten them. So you end up with a wobbly rack.  

This cheapens the appearance of an otherwise decent product.   Wobbly is not good. 

I'm not sure how these products leave the factory in this condition.  I may return it.

comfort and warmth

It was easy enough to connect the legs to the stand, I was just hoping my towel would be warmer when I was ready to take my shower. My intention was to be able save a few dollars by using the towel warmer instead of my dryer, but can't compare.

Not warm enough

We love this towel warmer!  It drys our towels after use and the towels are nice and warmed when we use them after bathing.  Our only problem is that they do not last forever! This is our third one. We end up replacing it after about 4 years so I feel we get our money's worth.

Warm towels

Disappointed. Although I have had the towel warmer for half a day, it has been plugged in most of that time and the only portion of the  towel that is warm is where it hangs over the top rung. I will be returning.
