Really nice monitor thats 4k. Screen is amazing and with the multiple connections (2 hdmi and usbc) you can connect tv boxes and also connect via cable or wirelessly to DEX on a Samsung device. Only con for me is the lack of Audio cable if you wanted to hook up a speaker.

  I'm super impressed on how your groups of scattered thoughts are impressively "synced" together seamlessly with the combined efforts of window snapping capabilities and data charts, pie graphs and spec sheets calculator and Generator.

   Let's also not forget about the amazing ultra high definition quality graphics. Packed with Starship exploding, adamantium slashing, expelliaramus disarming excitement to keep you glued to the screen for hours...

Let's talk about a couple great features!

my gf has stalked over this monitor starting from a dream. weirdo. we didnt think it existed. behold the m7. bargaining 3tvs for 1 monitor...worth every dollar. with all these features......why not backlighting(on back or along edges? directional speakers?
32 is slightly small for a standard room. looking and waiting for 43in. samsung....we would appreciate a better tradein program to cycle the old models. almost missed this sweet device. need a 43in. asap.

for the price, you receive a very good monitor with very good brightness levels and color. however, the usb-c connection to my new m1 macbook was very laggy and after switching to hdmi improved. also, the monitor does a terrible job at recognizing inputs so that was a bit annoying. overall, when you have a good connections, it is a great monitor. however, i am still disappointed at the lack of proper port functioning for this monitor.

Great Display, USB-C Connectivity Poor

concept of the monitor is great. execution not great. monitor worked for about 30 minutes, then suddenly it shut off. when i turned it back on, there were vertical lines all through the display. it's not an input issue, as it persists across all menus and inputs.
was hoping these other reviews with issues were one-offs, but it appears theres a wider quality problem with this monitor

Quality issues

everything looked great until i took off the protective film, when i noticed there was a small piece broken off the frame.  i understand that accidents happen, so i ordered a replacement.  not only was the replacement broken in the same exact spot, but there were also 5/6 dead pixels, visible from several feet away.  needless to say i am very disappointed by this experience, as i was really excited about this monitor.

Defective out of box.. TWICE

out of the box, the monitor didn't even power on. complete disappointment and not worth purchasing.  put the monitor back into the box after 10 minutes. only option is to return or repair since its under warranty. if you have to use the manufacturer warranty before the device has evened powered on and used by the customer, theres a problem!

Don't Bother

it wouldn't turn on; then it came on; let me set it up. then it crashed and would not come back on. i returned the screen for a full refund the same day i set it up. sad, i  wanted this to work with my s20 note ultra 5g with dex to replace my computer. i am demoralized. the reality did not live up to the rhetoric.

The dream was great, the reality is meh!

look no furhter than https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/monitors-and-memory/smart-monitor-m7-issues/m-p/1604871#m6349. i've been in search of a 4k monitor months and the m7 had features that no other manufacture offers. basically a smart tv that functions as a traditional computer monitor, the perfect complement for my desk setup. 

while i wouldn't recommend this product, i can't find a 4k monitor or tv with similar features; therefore, i'm willing to give it one more change. samsung has provided a refund but i'm seriously hoping the fact the m7 is out of stock means that samsung is addressing the quality issues impacting this product.

It's truly a shame...
