First time buying a TV online!!  This Samsung smart TV is everything the description says, item came double boxed and there wasn't a single dent or mark on the box.  Item came in 3 days from ordering and the merchant was very responsive in answering questions.  I highly recommend this merchant and would buy from them again!!

I love this TV! Great features. I like the Samsung TV plus as well. It has some neat free channels. also with standard definition channels you can MANUALLY adjust the screen size to stretch so they fill the screen and aren't squished with black bars at the top and bottom. The only thing is the TV plus would freeze and Skip at times on Wi-Fi so I had to connect the TV to my network via an ethernet cable. The first TV I bought would not turn on every couple days until I unplugged it and plugged it back in which was annoying so I had to return it. But this one works great!

Great TV!!!

This Samsung 4 series is perfect for what it was intended... the Bedroom. It has only been a few hours but so far, the colour is amazing, the picture quality is like looking through HD vision glasses because everything is so sharp and clear; the size is perfect; the sound quality is perfect without adding speakers. Really like Samsung products. Hopefully, the the back light will not go out after only a few months....!  So far, so good. Will report back in a few months though....

SAMSUNG... SO FAR, SO GOOD!!!

Very capable smart tv at a very reasonable price. I love the guide feature and all the extra channels made available by Samsung TV Plus. We have an antenna, so when the original channel scan listed 151 available channels, I almost fell over. Our previous smart tv usually found about 35-40 channels. Easy to set up and program. Picture and sound quality are great, and adjustable. I'm very happy with this purchase.

The TV rates a five however the leg stands are inadequate. They do not leave you confident that your tv will not fall forward. I however love the TV .

No real directions for setup. Attaching rests for a tv stand was crazy as the directions were the reverse of what it should look like.  Directions for setting up tv requires that you first reach the Emanual on the tv. That was an adventure.  With a little luck and a son who had a similar Samsung tv the set is working fine. Picture is sharp and very clear. Color is lifelike. All in all, Im happy with this tv and would recommend it.

Setting up

Does not have any audio out except digital optical audio out... not even a headphone jack or RCA.  Interface was painfully slow.  WiFi card built in was subpar, and buffered a few times when other TV's in my house in same range did not.  Returned it because of the lack of external audio support.  Ridiculous.

Is cheap in price yes but you have to have account to install any other app???? Why. Plus the  base is so flimsy and has no clear instructions. Remote buttons are so close together and not even a little dot to find the center in the mush of buttons. Samsung not worth it

Only cause is cheap

I bought it for my guest room, the first week I had guests it was working fine, the three weeks later I tried to turn it on, none of the channels were working, not the air channels neither the digital ch, that works with wifi, wifi was connect, I had three other Samsung TV much larger than this one, all worked fine and still works fine, with the same cable and same wifi, so it has to be the TV, now they want me to send it for repair as I am over 30 days of purchase, damnnnn

DO NOT BUY

Screen was cracked and when I called Walmart to ask about return options I was told I had to deal directly with third-party supplier.  I was very surprised as I purchased this item on the Walmart website and would have thought Walmart would have stood by its products and dealt with me directly. I will not be purchasing anything on Walmart website going forward.
