tv is great.  very thin. 
the problem was that the UPC code looks like it's on the screen, but it's on a film.
the red corner tab only pulls off one inch of film. Grab the bottom right corner and pull the film up. It will come off easily. There is also a thin film strip around the plastic border.

This is my third Samsung.  They last forever. Good picture. Fast setup and never a problem — unlike some brands I have purchased.  I will stick with Samsung.  I have tried many other brands much to my dismay. … i.e  Toshiba and Amazon Fire (it's cheap for a reason)!

We've had this 50 inch TV for a year and a half now and it has been excellent. It's a smart TV so we do have additional access to sites online we never had with any of our old TVs. The price was right too so I'm very glad I bought this Samsung TV.

Great-looking and very clear, crisp picture, watching College Football (and pro football) games!! better than some OLED tvs of $1100-2000. Energy Guide is $13 per year -- thus doesnt put off much heat at all, which is exactly why i bought the 2023 Q60C model (and not the 2024 Q60D -- which use much more energy and more likely to dissipate more heat -- Not good if smallish apt and 1 small AC that then has to "overcome/battle" the heat put off by a tv screen). colors look great!!

Great 43" QLED with crisp, very clear picture!

Beautiful, vibrant picture. I feel like I'm actually in the forest, desert, or wherever the action takes place. Well done, Samsung!

I feel transported by the clarity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is as advertised, easy to setup, is user friendly and the picture is bright and clear.

I still love the picture, but why can't you manufacturers keep things simple? Still the same difficult to plug in, loosely fitting power cord, but now you're required to know what apps are available %26 search for them. Before you opened up app search and it showed popular and new apps. And apparently, it came with Tubi installed, but I have to search for it to watch it? I can't get an icon on home? Then, after finally getting power cord inserted,the coaxial connection is also in a very small, like for children's fongers, to screw in antenna for local channels. But the big PiA is that you turn on, but you don't get the last channel watched, no, you've gotta go through little windows to go to see last channel. You can listen to it, but this isn't a radio. And the remote is still a child's toy, be sure to buy a replacement because you will lose at least one. One last gripe, I know that I am complaining alot, but I love the picture and  the Samsung tv plus, and I may not have discovered the way, but why do I have to back out of my football game to get to settings, clicking 'all settings' to hear the game but block the picture ,to be able to adjust the brightness, color, sharpness, etc? One last thing (again) it seems like the tv had to warm itself up from hibernation when I first unpacked %26 setup. It took 5-7 trys to log onto wifi, then 4-5 attempts to scan and successfully pickup my local channels ( I lost track of the attempts). Very strange and it took up so much time that I had missed the first quarter before setup, then I only gotto see the last <5 minutes of KS Chiefs  beating Texans. Truthfully, I was trying to setup and I am still learning how to be mobile after losing a foot recently. So it took me longer than normal, but then those connection to wifi and missing channels,  especially when the channel missing was the ball game., really was frustrating to have to go through. Oh, the grande finale: I had yhis same thing happen on my last two Samsungs smart tvs- after scanning the local channels,  the tv guide will not show what's on in the local channels until ypu click on the channel for each network. Then it will show. You have to be quick and have an idea whst shows are coming on ,or searching through locals will result in missing the shows beginning.

I wanted a qled tv for years. I finally got one and the picture quality is identical to a standard Samsung tv. I could have saved 200$ if I would have stayed with the same basic model.
