We just wanted a basic TV since it is within range of our small children who sometimes break things. First we bought the cheapest option and even though the picture was good enough the sound was dismal. The Samsung costs a bit more but the sound is excellent.

Bought this couple of months ago, I really like the picture resolution it's a really good TV. The only issue I have with it is that anytime I walk by it it turns on by itself even when I have turned it off I don't know it could be the sensor or something that I don't know but other than that really good TV picture is bomb sound is good.

This samsung tv is worth it , the quality and sound is perfect. 
If you need a tv for your room buy this one. 
If its for the living room buy the bigger ones.

Worth it

Great tv, fantastic picture and colours. The browser (internet) is maybe a little slow, but it's not a dedicated computer. Samsung TV Plus is fantastic, and not something I expected. 
Works very well with a firestick, and the remote for one can operate either.

Early Christmas present to myself

Overall, I am satisfied with the TV in terms of picture quality and performance. However, I was disappointed that the TV's modem failed after only one year of use. Even though the issue was covered under warranty, the repair process took several months, which was inconvenient and frustrating. I also do not find it acceptable for a major component to fail after such a short period of time. Because of these issues, my experience with reliability and after-sales service was not fully satisfactory.

Great picture, disappointing reliability

I have many Samsung products so I was surprised at the poor picture in this tv.  Also extremely poorly designed remote.  Main buttons in an awkward spot
