The focal point to my new house is the 75 inch The Frame in our Social Room. As an amateur photographer I love to see the surprise looks that guests show as art suddenly changes. No one yet has initially thought that this wall was anything but art. Switching it from art to a live broadcast or a streaming service just produces wows at the clarity and color depth. The Smart features fit in well with other devices controlled by the Smartthings App.

I added a white frame to my Frame TV and attached it to the wall with the low-profile Frame mounting bracket.  It looks fantastic on the wall.  Very modern.

We are extremely happy with our purchase of the Samsung 65 inch frame tv.  Starting from the beginning the TV was very easy to mount with easy to follow instructions.  With the mount it sits very tightly to the wall and is unobtrusive.  The picture quality certainly meets our expectations.  What makes the TV exceptional is the artwork display.  The art is very good and adds to the decor of the room when the tv in not in use.  We only use streaming to watch TV and connecting to the internet was a breeze.  We would recommend the tv without reservation.

Overall we have really enjoyed it - only weird thing is that the sound is super inconsistent? Like it goes up and down in volume seemingly at random without touching the remote. And it isn’t the adaptive audio feature as I turned this off and it’s still

I love my Samsungs, owning 3 of them; however, my problem is the art.  Honestly, I feel that there should be a package for the art that covers all of my Frames.  As I stated I own 3, 2 in Canada and 1 in the U.S.

The Frame t.v is overall very nice. Very flat and sleek look out of the box.  My only issue is the black box that comes with the t.v.  This black box (One Connect), is essentially the plug for the t.v.  The Power plug Does NOT connect directly to the TV, but instead to the OneConnect black box. Nowhere in the Samsung item description of the product did it say anything about the power cord set-up and this black box.  Prior to the frame television arriving, I spent hundreds of dollars installing a brand new power outlet that would be hidden behind the TV for the power cord. The installation was a total waste of time and money, as the black box with the power cord can be moved to any of your existing power outlets. The socket I had installed behind the TV now only serves to push the TV out from the wall, detracting from it's intended sleek 'frame' appearance. Walmart/Samsung should have done a much better job with the Item Description.  I was very close to just returning this Frame tv and just getting a regular TV.

Beware of The OneConnect Box

tv looks and works great. The one connect box and wiring is very inconvenient especially since it's not rated to go into a wall. For this reason I can only give a 3 start review.

TV looks great but wires and box are inconvenient.

Probably single-handedly the biggest piece of overpriced junk I have bought in my adult life. Nothing but problems since the day we got it with freezing and other issues. You call Support and they just get you to run through all the things you’ve already done because you looked online first as you would rather crawl through broken glass and talk to them. Yet still impossible for them to replace it under the so-called warranty. They will just blame your network speed, although every other single device works perfectly fine on our network even bought a booster.

Avoid

Purchased the 85" Frame TV and it failed after just 3 months. What followed has been a nightmare: 2 months of non-stop follow-ups via WhatsApp, 3 failed service visits, and broken promises about replacement timelines.
We were told replacement would take 10-14 working days. Three weeks later - nothing. Despite having an assigned case officer and multiple "escalations," Samsung has taken zero action. No accountability, no follow-through, just endless runarounds.
For a premium-priced product, this level of service is unacceptable. The TV looks great when it works, but Samsung's complete failure to honor their warranty or treat customers with basic respect makes this purchase one of my biggest regrets. Save yourself the headache and consider other brands that actually stand behind their products.

Failed at 3 mths- still no replacement after 2mths

i bought this TV Aug 2024 and on Nov 2025, conveniently 2 months after warranty expires, there is a One Connection Box issue and i can't view anything plugged in the HDMIs. The worst product. I previously had a Samsung Plasma Tv that lasted for almost 10 years.
