I bought this soundbar this year and never thought it would play as well as an old real-life wowww movie house. Everything is Samsung at home, even my mobile phone, my watch, my tv etc.

Great product.

After almost 2 years i realy like that sound bar. Easy set up look great ynder my samsung 55''. I was so happy that i bought  SWA 9500S SURROUND speakers WOW  ajust the sound level between front speakers and surround and very great difference.

HW-Q800C(HW-Q800C_ZC)  Realy good purchase

Got this because my CU7000 tv has only 20W speakers. And in a pretty big room you can't hear much. The sound coming out of this sound bar is amazing. Just be careful with the Q-symphony option.  Not all the TV models support it.

It's a must have if you have poor TV speakers

I had this for 1 week, very happy with my purchase. 
I'm a music junky and the bass is incredible from the wireless 8 inch subwoofer. 
Highly recommended for the price.

Astounding sound all around, 6 stars.

Samsung soundbar is good only problem is. Sometimes it disconnect from home wifi and tv then i have to reset wifi or rest samsung tv for reconnection

Everything works as expected. Good built quality. The metal cover mesh blocks the already too little display on the bar. But why there is no a user manual in order to understand and exploit the audio features? Some are obvious, some not. I looked allover the internet and there is only a quick setup guide and an upgrade guide.

Nice product

I just purchased the HW-Q800C a few days ago.  The voice clarity is amazing, I no longer need closed captioning.  Unfortunately, I'm not impressed with the subwoofer.  I read all these reviews on how deep and punchy it is, but I can barely hear mine.  I literally have to put my ear up to the sub to hear anything

I HAVE HE SOUND BAR FOR COUPLE MONTHS AND I'M HAPPY WITH THE SOUND IT OFFER A THE PRICE, I'LL BUY Q990C FOR MY BASEMENT.

This soundbar bricked itself with a firmware update a year and a half in and Samsung is refusing to provide any warranty or support despite this being an issue they directly caused themselves.
