I think the phone's performance is pretty good and it's really good.

Super good product

For someone who don't need a power featured phone, the J3 is just the right balance between value and performance. The AMOLED HD display alone justify the price point. Display is a treat to look at every time. Black is pitch black with the J3. No more half baked blacks like other entry level phones. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Good Value for an entry level phone

The phone doesn't have auto brightness, so I need to adjust it all the time.
Also, I have to swipe once first before I can input the PIN/Pattern to unlock the phone, which is kind of annoying, I was using a S4 and I can input my PIN/Pattern right the way.
I guess that's what you get for paying this price, so I am okay with it; overall it's still a good phone.

Average Phone, but good price

I went from my S4 Mini to the J3 (6), and as expected it was an easy transition. The only negative I have is that it did not come with Samsung Music Player standard I had to go to Samsung and download it.☆☆☆☆☆

Ease-of-use; something different from what everybody else has great value

No HDR, no fingerprint, no android nougat update. Okay phone for a starter. Please do not stick with this phone as a long term! I only had it for a month and it did not meet my expectations. So im going to sell this and buy another device, like the galaxy alpha. The camera is rather good on this phone...

This product has not enough features

yes I would recommend it to a friend who knows how to really use this kind of device, because I received this phone without much information from the merchant. That is why I am currently looking for information on your site.

This J3 phone comes with NO instructions on how to use it!   So far I keep missing incoming calls.   I did figure out how to input contacts manually which took several hours, so not happy on that score either.   I am in the market for high-end appliances and was seriously considering Samsung, but if this is the case, I will be reconsidering.   My computer has crashed so I am also not able to print the User Manual off, or receive email..    Very frustrating!. .

Comes with no instructions so cannot use properly!

I have had my J3 since November 2016 and I have problems with that time. I’ve had Samsung before and I’ve never had a problem. I'm pretty much out of J3 that I think I'm going with Apple
