Display produces sharp, vibrant images with great color quality.

Can be impressive with clear audio, but may also be inconsistent.

Functionality issues cause crashes, freezing, or failed content loading.

Colors appear deeply saturated and intense.

Great basic TV.  Because it is a smart TV it has some great features and not so great features.  It almost totally programed itself so you could plug it in and turn it on and run it.  But running it for older people is a touch confusing.  I have a smart phone and a computer so I understand but for someone who has never operated a smart phone I think it would be difficult.  No real instructions come with the TV so you have to call your vendor.  Walmart was outstanding in sorting out what I needed help with and they provide info to customer service when you buy the TV.  I am very happy with and would recommend to anyone.

We saw the sale listed in the Member flyer.  Couldn't pass on the great deal.  Definitely need a new tv console for the additional size.  So far we are glad we made the jump from a 55 to a 70 inch!

Huge Screen

Sound problem

Sometimes you have to turn off 3 times for it to take the wifi, and its froze a lot (And my internet is great) I have another TV and dont give me hard time like this one.

I like the size and it was delivered promptly but the picture is so jerky. It's like it can't keep up with the action the is happening on screen, it jerks all over and is very annoying. I have tried different things to try to fix it, but nothing works.

what is wrong?

Unbelievably bad TV.  The “Smart” function was so slow as to be unusable- and the remote seriously must have been faulty- you'd press the arrow buttons 6-7-8 times and when it would finally move it would go over 3-4-5 moves so you couldn't ever really navigate to the app you were trying to use.  Coming from two ROKU TVs in the house- we expected more from Samsung.  Shame. Returning

Buy a ROKU TV instead. Yuck

Im a big Samsung fan so maybe this one is just a lemon but its trash. I have to reconnect to the internet every time I turn it on and sometimes after trying a few times i have to just turn it off for a while and turn it back on before it will work. I also keep deleting apps on the home board and for some reason the tv reads them. Super slow reaction time and the remote has to be perfectly pointed and parallel with the sensor to work.

This is the second to TV he  got from there now going for the 3rd because the hdmi cable only works on the first one not the second. Hopefully the third is the charmg
