Love my TV! Love the bluetooth connectivity to my Samsung sound system! Love the apps, and the offerings of Samsung TV channels! What's not to love about this TV? It's just perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] High quality pictures, easy to wall mount, setup on WiFi quick, AppleTV %26Amazon prime setup easy, comes with free movies, sound quality good. Bought the Samsung sound bar with subwoofer which paired nicely. Streaming from iPhone seamless.

High quality and easy setup

This TV is great. It has all sorts of smart features that you'd expect, but also has lots of free TV channels. The Xbox game pass streaming app is really nice to use. You just connect a controller right to the TV and play anything you can stream with xbox game pass.

I like it.

After a delivery hitch that Walmart addressed quickly, the TV set up easily and is providing a great picture. Easy to operate once the icons are identified and tested. Have only had to contact Samsung twice for help and they went over and above expectations. So far, so good!

Quality of TV and service.

I've always had Samsung tvs, as well as kitchen appliances, and have always been very pleased.  This TV was a bigger, smarter upgrade from my last one, which I'd had for 10 years and sold to a friend who is also very happy with it.  The new TV was a great Boxing Day price so it was a wi -win.

50" Crystal HD 4K Smart TV

The screen quality and operating system is good! only drawback is for sound! Which I feel is not a major problem but some might feel that it needed enhanced sound system.

Quality TV for price!

Easy to set up. The factory set colour is good enough. Doesn't need further adjustment. The only 'complaint ' is not easy to make it 'stand up' by oneslf since it is big and heavy and in the mean time have to be careful not to touch the screen. It would be nice if it has handles. Just my two pennies :)

A decent inexpensive TV

I love the picture quality and the sound quality! Very impressive. Where this TV falls short is that its glitchy with some of the streaming apps. I've checked internet strength so it's not that, and these streaming apps worked fine on my LG. Small price to pay though for really great picture quality.

Great picture quality

Thirteen and a half months. The TV's dead. It powered off in the middle of a show and just started power cycling. The backlighting comes on and then goes off, comes on, goes off, comes on, goes off.

I bought this TV one year ago, and I'm very disappointed with the quality. After just one year, a vertical line appeared on the screen, and it has been getting worse every day—now half of the screen is affected. This is not acceptable for a TV that was supposed to last longer. I expected better quality for the price I paid. I do not recommend buying this TV, and I hope the company stands behind their product and offers a solution.
