Great product, love Samsung tv's, second one.  Updated from the last one, more features offered this time, controller now has buttons for Prime and Netflix. Thought 50” would be better for my room than my last one at 55” but taking time to adjust to the difference. But great tv overall

Bought this couple of months ago, I really like the picture resolution it's a really good TV. The only issue I have with it is that anytime I walk by it it turns on by itself even when I have turned it off I don't know it could be the sensor or something that I don't know but other than that really good TV picture is bomb sound is good.

Such a fantastic TV. The set up was very simple and stress free. The picture is amazing to say the least. I really enjoy that it also has a 24/7 Conan O'Brien channel. Big fan of Samsung and they did well with this TV.

I gifted myself with a new smart 50" TV, from walmart for christmas. I was very impressed by the price and I am very happy with it. That's my first smart TV.  I am very happy, content and excited to have gotten it for that price.

My special Christmas gift

Great tv, fantastic picture and colours. The browser (internet) is maybe a little slow, but it's not a dedicated computer. Samsung TV Plus is fantastic, and not something I expected. 
Works very well with a firestick, and the remote for one can operate either.

Early Christmas present to myself

Overall, I am satisfied with the TV in terms of picture quality and performance. However, I was disappointed that the TV's modem failed after only one year of use. Even though the issue was covered under warranty, the repair process took several months, which was inconvenient and frustrating. I also do not find it acceptable for a major component to fail after such a short period of time. Because of these issues, my experience with reliability and after-sales service was not fully satisfactory.

Great picture, disappointing reliability

Nice picture with so-so tv speaker sound so a sound bar helps with that but when couple with my new Sony Model HT-S100F soundbar there were problems galore.

Samsung TV TU69OT 55"

I have many Samsung products so I was surprised at the poor picture in this tv.  Also extremely poorly designed remote.  Main buttons in an awkward spot
