Samsung is a very good company very very good

We got it a few months ago and we can see the difference between it and our other TV. The images and sound are incredible. We use it fir movie nights with the kids and it feels so real.

Great images and sound

Great picture, sound. It is confusing to operate initially; probably offering too much function to attract a wider customer base. Documentation is on line and could be better.

Wonderfull TV

This TV was difficult to set up and program. I can't get hulu to load correctly, and the TV remote does not have enough TV functions on it. I'm actually shocked because my other Samsung (non-smart) TV works fine and I had no problems setting it up. Instructions are worthless. Will be calling Samsung.

Disappointing TV setup.

I've had this TV for nearly five years, it's not the best TV but it's my first 4K 75" TV. I like it but my only complaint is the picture isn't entirely perfect on mine. I've had a bit of a distortion that I see when there's a lighter color on the screen, it's annoyingly noticeable. Other that I'd recommend this but there's certainly better and cheaper TVs than this one now.

Not terribly awful for a 75" 4K TV

Samsung US

Ive had the TV for 10 minutes and it shows a black screen no picture. I hear sound but no picture. No damage to the TV from what I can, some damage on the box due to shipping. I am returning this is the second samsung Ive gotten where the screen did not function I thought the first one was just a lemon but Samsung quality is poor now and its sad.

Beautiful t.v. while unpacking we noticed a dent on t.v. and did not think of anything. Set up and now glitches every so minutes. I contacted company, hope to hear some good news soon.

It has been problem after problem with this TV. First, the main board had to be replaced due to the screen dimming so dark you couldn't see anything (on and off for months until it finally stayed that way and I needed to replace it) and then that repair lasted two weeks until it started again and the screen needed to be replaced completely. It has been over a year that I've owned this TV and I've only been able to use it fully functional for maybe 4 months.
