I was concerned becuse of the unbelievable price, [maybe the usual Samsung quality would less than usual], I was  wrong.  The picture is upto Samsungs standards (I have 3 other Samsungs).  Additionally, I watch alot of football and there is absolutly no distortion with the motion.  I culd not be happier with the purchase and highly recommend

I've always had Samsung tvs, as well as kitchen appliances, and have always been very pleased.  This TV was a bigger, smarter upgrade from my last one, which I'd had for 10 years and sold to a friend who is also very happy with it.  The new TV was a great Boxing Day price so it was a wi -win.

50" Crystal HD 4K Smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded to this from a Samsung smartTV from 2013/2014... the smartTV no longer had updates after 2017 so we were stuck using a roku for the last 6 years. it was a 55" and after slowly upgrading our TVs in other rooms we soon realized our living room tv was, well, absolute crap. This brand new tv turns right on, is bright, vibrant, fast....ONE REMOTE.. We have samsung phones also, which didnt factor into buying this...it was just a good price at a good time for us to financially invest in a new family tv. the samsung phones can connect very easy to this, i also enjoy the remote on my phone much more. this tv is 4k and is much much better quality than our last tv. honestly for the price its a steal. this is a great family room tv, we have not tried the Nintendo switch or any games on it yet. speakers are much better than our last tv. we had audio aux speakers plugged into our last tv, no spot for that on this one... was really bummed until i realized our tv produced the same amount of sound...Just from the tv! we do have a 42" vizio 4k tv in our bedroom which is used for gaming as well and the 4k and quality seems to be much better on there, but its also significantly smaller and was a little more expensive.

Great family room TV

It is not bad. I don't know if it was quite worth $800 I probably could have got a better deal had I kept looking and waited for a sale, but the TV itself is ok.

It's alright

Love this awesome 58 inch Crystal UHD 4K Smart tv. I have TWO huge complaints. The volume has a loud speaker that tells each time you change the volume. It's LOUD. And very annoying. Also when you turn the tv on and off it has a very loud sound! Why??? It wakes up everyone in the House. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET RID OF THESE FEATURES??

Built-in sound equalizer displays as "unavailable" also...remote is unable to "page up or down" with bell satellite. 
Had to get a bigger stand as there is no center post, only 2 plastic forks at each end that are not adjustable. 
Otherwise...good value

A few small dissapointments

I love the picture quality and the sound quality! Very impressive. Where this TV falls short is that its glitchy with some of the streaming apps. I've checked internet strength so it's not that, and these streaming apps worked fine on my LG. Small price to pay though for really great picture quality.

Great picture quality

Thirteen and a half months. The TV's dead. It powered off in the middle of a show and just started power cycling. The backlighting comes on and then goes off, comes on, goes off, comes on, goes off.

I bought this TV one year ago, and I'm very disappointed with the quality. After just one year, a vertical line appeared on the screen, and it has been getting worse every day—now half of the screen is affected. This is not acceptable for a TV that was supposed to last longer. I expected better quality for the price I paid. I do not recommend buying this TV, and I hope the company stands behind their product and offers a solution.
