got this tv in 2020, when it came out. originally it was a downstairs tv for the family, after about two years it came into my room as a setup tv. whenever i didn't have a new receiver, i used the optical port on the back to get sound. this tv has ben taken off the wall, moved around, moved houses, and not one problem. this tv has had more screen on time than any other tv i know of, and holds strong. the tv itself is kinda slow. but let's be honest. who gets a tv so they can navigate through the smart features? it plays all streaming services alright, and a cool thing about samsungs is that it has xbox. so, one fateful day i connected my xbox controller to it, and tried cloud gaming. works wonderfully, and even when i have terrible internet. plays in 4k uhd, as it says, but i don't think it has 120 hertz. not like i care, if you wanna be a nerd than stop scrolling down on my comment and go to newegg. all of the negative reviews are fake for all i care. this tv probably is somewhere overseas right now and soldiers fighting in a war can watch their shows on it. make sure to turn of autorun for everything, because that is the worst feature ever invented. but yeah. i think you can even connect a keyboard and mouse to this thing and browse the internet. badass tv. completely recommend.

I have had this tv now almost 6 years and still going strong! I love the Samsung tv app! Between that, Disney and prime I'm all set and all in the same place!

No better brand out there!

Every once in a while the picture freezes up not sure yet what is up with that my last TV never did

When you leave the tv on for 3 days the screen has a discolour that can't be adjusted. So in this case, don't leave the tv on for 3 days solid. Problem solved.

3 Day Pure Viewing

I've had this TV for nearly five years, it's not the best TV but it's my first 4K 75" TV. I like it but my only complaint is the picture isn't entirely perfect on mine. I've had a bit of a distortion that I see when there's a lighter color on the screen, it's annoyingly noticeable. Other that I'd recommend this but there's certainly better and cheaper TVs than this one now.

Not terribly awful for a 75" 4K TV

Want channels blasting everytime you turn off your playstation or xbox? want to have to grasp for the remote to prevent this TV from turning on another source device? want advertisements shoved into your face on the home screen? want a bunch of built in apps that cant be removed and unremovable banners for suggested apps? This TV is in control, not you. Nothing short of disabling HDMI smartlink and disconnecting it from the internet will solve these problems, but that just creates new and different inconviences. Your choices with this TV are very limited. Picture is great but the software is beyond annoying.

This TV is a control freak and I hate it.

Had 2 of this tv delivered. First one worked but had two black lines running vertical. We had an exchange and the second one had no picture what so ever. Will never purchase a Samsung tv again. Walmart was excellent to work with on the exchange and the refund. Do not buy this television.

It has been problem after problem with this TV. First, the main board had to be replaced due to the screen dimming so dark you couldn't see anything (on and off for months until it finally stayed that way and I needed to replace it) and then that repair lasted two weeks until it started again and the screen needed to be replaced completely. It has been over a year that I've owned this TV and I've only been able to use it fully functional for maybe 4 months.

A major frustration!
