I liked that they are under $100, had long battery life and have mic for video calls.
I'm also a fan of the akg tuning and their sound profile.
The Y500 have great sound isolation .
Sound is great! I switched to the AAC codec in the mate 20 and it made a world of difference. They have great bass and clear, distinct highs.
Battery is amazing and they can give you a week of moderate daily use without needing a charge.
They have an included wired option for those times you don't have a charge or want maximum audio quality. They reach another level as a wired set.
Comfortable to wear for long periods of time.
I highly recommend!

Easy to connect. I have no had to recharge them, yet. The clarity is amazing. The noise cancelling is great; you get noise cancelling even when you have nothing playing. The ear pads are surprisingly comfortable. This is my first pair of on-ear headphones and I appreciate the comfort they give.

on-ear headphones you'll love

I was given this as a free gift for a recent new samsung purchase. The Instruction leaflet was in the smallest of writing .Written in a myriad  of languages, absolute  gobblegook.
However thanks to support documents on line found it easy to set up.Great to use good sound. The sound on phone calls appeared to work better with ambient sound off as was echoey.well made and comfortable

We really loved the sleek and no nonsense design. the sound quality was amazing and everyone in the family was impressed. At times there was a little fight going who is getting the headset next. 
I am a fan of cablefree life and I was a bit reserved when it came to the battery life of the headset. To my big surprise, there was a long battery life and hardly any charging necessary . All this points made me extremely happy and I am planning to buy one or two more headsets for Christmas

The Insiders

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got to test these headphone through The Insiders program. From the opening of the box I could tell they were very quality headphones. They came pre-charged so they were ready to use right out of the box. This is especially nice if you are giving them as a present as they get to use them right away. The headphones have amazing all encompassing sound.  They block out noises and have very nice bass.   The feel of them on your ears is very pleasing.  There are no pressure points that hurt the ears. the range is amazing had no trouble using them around the house. they also are very durable dropped them a couple times without incident.  I like the design but the rocker style button for skipping song is a bit flimsy and feels like it will break due to the design of the button.  All the other features work flawlessly and switching devices is seamless.  The only feature I did not like was the sound pausing when not on ear. Sometimes this would cause the sound to pause while on my head.  I also found that if I tilted my head forward they had a hard time staying on my head.  Might have been just my large head not to sure.  Overall best headphone sound and functionality I have ever encountered.

Best Headphones Ever

I bought my AKG 500 a couple of weeks ago. They deliver great sound for an affordable price. The sound is well-balanced and the headset is a great companion on walking trails or almost anywhere. I used to have a competitor's brand but after 10 years, I'm glad I chose AKG!

Sound Quality: Sound is great on these headphones. However I would have liked if it had more bass. These headphones are really good noise cancelling headphones. So this are really good companion in flight.

1. Design since its tight on ears and gets uncomfortable

Accessories it comes with: I like the fact that it comes with a nice pouch and 3.5mm cable if you don't want to use it wireless. 

I will recommend these over the head headphones for anyone.

Design: The design of these headphones are look wise very good. Very catchy. I bought the one in Aqua color. It really looks cool. The headphones are on the heavier side. Due to which they fall off if you run with them. These headphones are not comfortable and will start irritating your ears after 20 min of continuous usage, specially if you are in gym.

Wireless Connectivity/ Pairing process: The pairing process is very straight forward and works flawless and is very quick. Hold and the power button sliding upwards for 3. seconds and the blue light starts flashing which is an indicator that the headphones are ready to pair. 

Battery Life: I haven't tested this extensively but I was able to watch 3 hrs worth content on my iPad and I lost only 20% battery. It seems pretty good.

Good Wireless Headphones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this with my note 10, and I absolutely love the headphones! Great quality of audio, and great battery life. Only thing I don't like is that I can't customize audio profiles and it doesn't have USB type c for charging port. Other than that great headphones, compare to some of the other wireless headphones in similar price range.

Love it!

I got these for my birthday a few days ago because my y50s' broke. I was surprised by the audio quality and quickly fell in love with them. But my ears hurt "ALOT" after short usages and I don't know why, they feel really comfortable. Then skipping songs is a bit annoying, you have to hold up the volume switch for 3 seconds even though it says that it is 2 seconds, which also is too long. I'm very disappointed by that, otherwise, great headphones with outstanding audio quality (better than the sennheiser hd 4.40)
