I was given this as a free gift for a recent new samsung purchase. The Instruction leaflet was in the smallest of writing .Written in a myriad  of languages, absolute  gobblegook.
However thanks to support documents on line found it easy to set up.Great to use good sound. The sound on phone calls appeared to work better with ambient sound off as was echoey.well made and comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had these headphones for almost a week now. They have a sleek modernized design and the color is rich and vibrant. I purchased the pink set. The controls are easy to navigate and use. Pairing with my Samsung S8+ was a breeze. They are extremely comfortable and well made. The ear pads are memory foam and are flexible and they allow for movement so that they do not put too much pressure on the ears. The sound is magnificent and very clear. They have a feature when you remove them in the middle of a song that they will pause your music. I have not had any charging issues and the charge last throughout the day for me. I normally have a long commute. - I travel 3 hrs to work each way. I find these to be better than the Beats headphones that I also have and only used for a short time due to them being uncomfortable on my ears. These headphones are worth the investment, especially if you spend a lot of time commuting and listening to music. They have been well worth it for me.

Magnificent Design and Sound Quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we really enjoyed the opportunity to test through the insiders the new AKG wireless headphones by HARMAN-Y500 .  We really loved the sleek and no nonsense design. the sound quality was amazing and everyone in the family was impressed. At times there was a little fight going who is getting the headset next. 
I am a fan of cablefree life and I was a bit reserved when it came to the battery life of the headset. To my big surprise, there was a long battery life and hardly any charging necessary . All this points made me extremely happy and I am planning to buy one or two more headsets for Christmas

The Insiders

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got to test these headphone through The Insiders program. From the opening of the box I could tell they were very quality headphones. They came pre-charged so they were ready to use right out of the box. This is especially nice if you are giving them as a present as they get to use them right away. The headphones have amazing all encompassing sound.  They block out noises and have very nice bass.   The feel of them on your ears is very pleasing.  There are no pressure points that hurt the ears. the range is amazing had no trouble using them around the house. they also are very durable dropped them a couple times without incident.  I like the design but the rocker style button for skipping song is a bit flimsy and feels like it will break due to the design of the button.  All the other features work flawlessly and switching devices is seamless.  The only feature I did not like was the sound pausing when not on ear. Sometimes this would cause the sound to pause while on my head.  I also found that if I tilted my head forward they had a hard time staying on my head.  Might have been just my large head not to sure.  Overall best headphone sound and functionality I have ever encountered.

Best Headphones Ever

I love these they stay on my head even when I lean over to pick something up.  They are pretty comfortable they were a little tight at first but they either I got use to it or they have loosened up.  I use them to talk on the phone when I am walking through the mall or house cleaning. When I'm not talking on the phone I listen to my audio books. The sound is great to me.  I can also watch TV with them on and the sound is incredible.

Great Over the Ear Headphones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The AKG Y500 headphones are pretty solid when it comes to sound quality and build. Having features like Ambient Aware, 2 Bluetooth connections, pause /resume when removing the headphones makes them stand out from the pack. The sound quality from the Bluetooth connection is better than good. Plug them up wired and the sound is even better. I like using them for work, as my environment is very noisy. I can tune everyone out with the press of a button. You will no longer hear the key presses and any chatter in the office. Please keep in mind the controls may take some getting used to. The volume controls are also used to switch tracks with a 5 second hold up or down. I would suggest looking at the manual to learn the phone functions on the headphones.
Overall, I am really happy with the AKG Y500 headphones and would recommend if you need a fantastic pair of headphones. Much love to #TheInsidersUS for allowing me to review the AKG Y500 headphones as an #AKGInsider.

Solid Build and Sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this with my note 10, and I absolutely love the headphones! Great quality of audio, and great battery life. Only thing I don't like is that I can't customize audio profiles and it doesn't have USB type c for charging port. Other than that great headphones, compare to some of the other wireless headphones in similar price range.

Sound Quality: Sound is great on these headphones. However I would have liked if it had more bass. These headphones are really good noise cancelling headphones. So this are really good companion in flight.

Accessories it comes with: I like the fact that it comes with a nice pouch and 3.5mm cable if you don't want to use it wireless. 

I will recommend these over the head headphones for anyone.

Design: The design of these headphones are look wise very good. Very catchy. I bought the one in Aqua color. It really looks cool. The headphones are on the heavier side. Due to which they fall off if you run with them. These headphones are not comfortable and will start irritating your ears after 20 min of continuous usage, specially if you are in gym.

Wireless Connectivity/ Pairing process: The pairing process is very straight forward and works flawless and is very quick. Hold and the power button sliding upwards for 3. seconds and the blue light starts flashing which is an indicator that the headphones are ready to pair. 

Battery Life: I haven't tested this extensively but I was able to watch 3 hrs worth content on my iPad and I lost only 20% battery. It seems pretty good.

Good Wireless Headphones

I got these for my birthday a few days ago because my y50s' broke. I was surprised by the audio quality and quickly fell in love with them. But my ears hurt "ALOT" after short usages and I don't know why, they feel really comfortable. Then skipping songs is a bit annoying, you have to hold up the volume switch for 3 seconds even though it says that it is 2 seconds, which also is too long. I'm very disappointed by that, otherwise, great headphones with outstanding audio quality (better than the sennheiser hd 4.40)
