Watch the video as the instructions are bad ,scan the qr code for the video.  unlike the old protectors where a band of plastic comes off in the middle of the #1 to remove,  it now just covers a small spot on the protector.   I removed 1 thinking it was the lower section which removed the alignment end,  ruined the first protector  the second protector was not much better but managed to salvage it for now.     see others had the same experience.
