Value For Money

The phone was well protected, arrived new as I had ordered and especially the delivery was made on time

Report of the last purchase

I needed a 5g phone for my provider. I had bought another brand but it wasn't up to my expectations so I got a Samsung. They're always quality. Better speed, camera and capacity than other brands of the same price range.

5g needed

The Samsung Galaxy A16 5G 128GB - is pretty good, I have no troubles with it just wish we could uninstall more of the bloatware to have basic phone text email device would be better overall....

Samsung Galaxy A16 5G 128GB - Unlocked Smartphone

I bought it for my husband, and it works great.

Good product

The phone works well overall. However, the operation is a bit slow. There are lags when calling, it rings a few seconds before the call screen appears. If you listen to tik tok, there are slownesses between the videos and it may take several seconds before it appears on the screen.

Fine.

Reasonable cost for a decent phone. It is advertised as 5G r 5G but on the back of the phone a sticker that states that it is compatible to work on a 4G. The phone did mot come with a charge block which was not useful and inconvenient. Default settings is set on Spanish. Other than that a budget friendly phone.

Decent phone

I received a new a16 clearly refurbished..it turns out to be a Verizon phone..it doesn't have some.features my last a16 phone. I can't block my number on calls...Verizon didn't allow it..I'm in Canada with telus...it's going back.

As if and not new it holds no charge and too long as use

I am disappointed

Never buy this phone, the battery is so low, while I just had a phone a month ago.

Not good

i like it because it cheap but just to slow.
