After owning the Buds Pro I seen these being reviewed by a Youtuber and got interested as it was very different from anything I have ever seen or used. I decided to take the chance when they went on sale, and boy am I happy I did. The comfort level is like nothing I have used before, and sound quality, sounds like in-ear headphones which blows my mind. What surprised me is the amount of bass you get, practically the same as the Buds Pro, only thing is you do get more outside noise. However I do prefer to hear my surroundings, but one down side is people can hear what your listening to if audio is loud. The comfort of these wins that over, I have fallen asleep with these forgetting I'm wearing them, and to my surprise they stay in all night with falling out. I highly recommend these. (Don't buy these for noise cancelation, go with Buds Pro if that's what your looking for. That feature semi works, but not that great. I didn't buy these for that.)

Just perfect

I had the bud live for 2 weeks now for someone like me who seems to get ear infections by putting the rubber tips in my ear these ones don't give me that problem they fit snug my only complaint is I wish the wing in in the back was softer love these and hope you guys keep making them

Love them so far

Samsung galaxy buds live is a perfect product for its size. It fits well into the ear that sometimes I forgot I have it in my ear. The noise cancellation is perfect. I love it.

I love Samsung products and a friend had recommended these buds to me to use for everyday. I didn't think I'd have an issue and threw the original packaging away. It turns out that they are too big for my ears and end up getting sore after a short period of use. Please test them out as it might not be suitable for your ears!

One Size does not fit all

There was no indication on the website or at any time prior to receiving the product that it is being sold as a used item. The product I received barely holds any charge and does not work properly. It has visible scratches, the box is missing the user manual and other items and is useless. I have contacted the seller and have not heard back in 4 days, despite claiming they respond within 48 hours. I am extremely disappointed and will likely never use Walmart online marketplace.

Poor quality and Product Misrepresented

Very disappointed

I bought buds it was not working I called Samsung after 2 days as I opened box after 2 days they said I can't return it as it passed they can't refund it they asked me to drop it to service center. I told them I don't want to repair as that's not my fault I don't have time to go to service shop etc. Then I escalate to other department they gave me lable to return but this is not a good experience as iam old customer of Samsung and its only $100 buds which made my life miserable. My wife airpods were not working properly apple did fantastic job as they were not even in warranty. It's about service I called so many times but no one was willing to help me.

Really bad experience

Left bud constantly disconnecting and reconnecting.  I have tried repairing, deleting and reinstalling software.  Nothing makes a difference.  I was really excited about this product and was impressed with Samsung quality.  My cheap Source brand Bluetooth headphones work better than these.

Significant Reliability of Connection Issues

Had these for 3 months. Have to say, worst tech purchase I've ever made. 
The fit has caused major pain and they constantly fall out. 
trying to use a tap is extremely difficult, Can't even control audio properly. 
I am extremely disappointed in these Buds,
