My first set of premium true wireless buds. Great sound and an excellent seal. My office neighbours had to wave me down to get my attention. The sound quality is equally impressive. It is very much a personal preference, but coming from a premium sports wireless ear buds, I am very impressed. Play around with the equalizer and get the right tips for proper fit. A must in open concept work environment. And a pleasure to use for audiophiles.

I bought these to replace my Airpods and I was skeptical at first because of the shape but they are surprisingly comfortable and stay in your ears, I changed the wingtips and such and found the perfect fit. The sound quality is good too and the tap feature are so much easier than apple. The special features such as the box, cards and protective case make this worth every penny. Plus, the case let's you download a cool BTS theme. Well done Samsung, I don't miss my Airpods one bit!

Would have been 5 stars but the Galaxy Buds+ lack ANC. I realize that it's available on new earbud models coming or that were just released. Truthfully I purchased the +'s because of the look and AKG's pressence in the design part of the sound these little guys can boast.  It's too bad Samsung couldn't get Qualcomm aptx inside, leaving us Android users stuck with AAC. Good enough I guess. It is after all just call phone that sores my entire library. These are great for using if you're worried about breaking or losing them. They're easy to replace and cheap enough to by a new set all together. Great Sound though really impressed me.

Remarkable Sound for your money.

They came with my S20 Ultra 5g, they sound real great, good fit for me, very small. I used them almost every work day and after almost exactly 1 year i stop using them for a week and now they are dead, they charge but nothing. No sound, no bluetooth, nothing. Warranty is a pain here in canada so i'm now looking for something else...

Everything is great except...

Apparently the battery is to last 11hrs on a single charge. I'm lucky to get 6hrs and even then, the last 4hrs the headphones get lower and lower.   Terrible Samsung !!!!

Terrible battery life

It is not possible to pick up or end a Voip or whatsapp call using double tap as for normal calls.
On Samsung phone ( or any android as per other users) You will have to take out your phone to answer or end a voip/ whatsapp call.

Double tap disconnects the bluetooth from whatsapp!!!?? 
 A  big NO NO for heavy Whatsapp or Voip users.

Samsung please fix this. iOS seems ok.

WhatsApp warning for heavy users...no good

I bought this buds day before yesterday. It sounded amazing when songs were played. Next day I took a walk to basically enjoy the buds, it ended up having problem with the audio. Whenever I kept my phone locked inside the pocket, the sound just dropped in both the buds with huge distortion. I had to keep the phone in my hand while walking which is a huge inconvenience. 

What I'm surprised is how nobody addressed this in all these review videos on YT and a simple google search brought me to the actual issue. I had to return these because don't want to be holding my phone while walking.

Audio stops working when phone in the pocket

I bought these three months ago, and within a month the left earbud stopped working. After sending them in and getting them replaced, the left earbud stopped working again, but this time after only ONE DAY. After sending them in once again, they lasted about a month and a half, but this time the right earbud now has stopped working. The sound is great for the time it lasts, but stay clear of these if you want anything more than a paperweight after a month of use. DO NOT BUY!!!

Horrible Product

received my Earbuds to charged then up like it said and the case is fully charged the right one is too but the left is dead not working it won't charge it say 6% then turns off and won't charge was looking forward to using these but im very disappointed

Left ear bud not working

after 1 month of purchase one of the buds started acting weird sometime it wouldn't  connect or wont give out much sound. I sent them back got new ones but these also have same problem. I tried everything like resetting them or from my phone using accessibility but nothing

difference in the volume level of both buds
