Phone was immaculate but noticed the battery drains fast and there are minor motion issues. Jury's out

SAMSUNG GALAXY S20 FE is user friendly device

This was NOT just an open box. It was used. It came with the back all scratched up, the battery drained super super fast, and i only noticed a big gouge at the bottom when i was re packing it to be shipped back for a refund. It also didnt even come in the original phone box. The box mold was smaller than the phone. The name of the phone on the box was scratched out.
