Really happy with my S20 FE. This smartphone offers all the important specs you would expect from a flagship smartphone at much lower price. I have the Snapdragon version and I have to say I am really impressed with the battery life ! The quality of the photos is also really impressive. I know that the Gorilla glass 3 is a bit of a disapointment but I installed a glass cover and I am not worried about it now. Again for the price you have extra value. Same thing for the plastic back, with a cover on it there is no difference with the other glass back smartphones.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) My experience has been positive. The phone is easy to use and it is a nice upgrade from the S7 I previously had. It is a great value flagship phone. The only complaint I have is the google voice input on WhatsApp suddenly lost Cantonese input after the second last software update, then again before the last software update. There's also a hidden notification that pop up often about making google voice search as default, but it already is. I can't seem to resolve that.

I use my phone more as a phone than anything else, so the bulk of the apps and options are not anything I use. However, the items I do use can be temperamental. I find the voice to text is erratic; my S8 was significantly better. Auto fill chooses the weirdest words sometimes, it will take out the word I did type in and put in something else. For me, this product is average.

Ok, Lots of Gremlins

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought the s20 and it has no heart monitor. My previous samsung phone had it. Dont take functionality away!!

Missing functionality

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I got this in November 21. I have had connectivity issues from day one! Constantly having a weak connection or no connection. It glitches pretty often, forcing closed various things im doing, dropping calls, the wired connection to headphones no longer works, Bixby and google are  constantly turning on even though I disabled all assistants. This could be a one off, maybe I got a bad phone but I truly hate it.

Consistent issues

Bought this 6 months ago. Replaced my S6. This phone is slower to respond than my S6. Very disappointed with this phone.  Also screen scratched within days.  Of all the years with my S6, not one screen scratch.
Battery is better though.

No where it is stated that its Refurbished or idk whether I didn't check properly!
