Design

Easy to use. The stand let's you watch videos at comfortable angle. The see through front cover allows you to see the time and answer calls. I listen to a radio app that shows the song title and artist without having to open the cover. The phone cover is a great addition to my Samsung S8.

This case is soooooo good, you can even change your music without turning your phone on, its so easy to use too, only downside is that the price is a little high but for now its worth and if only you could have it in all he colors even after 4/21

Best Case There is

Quality & design of the case is very good, and I would recommend it. The only issue is that the front cover is not as clear as shown in online images, the text and icons are somewhat blurry when reading through the front cover.

I am not sure if they are all like this, or if it is a problem with the one I purchased.

Great Case w/ Minor Issue

This case looks great! Very cool LED effects. Not a very practical case, as I doesn't seem to protect your device all that well (which, lets be honest, is the whole point of getting a case). As others have said, the phone will fall out of the case if dropped, and there is no latch, so the cover will fly open. Less than a year in, my LEDs have stopped working. The case is still recognized by the phone, but it no longer lights up. For the money, you would probably be better off getting something that will actually protect your device, instead of just looking cool.

Fit - Good, Form - Fair, Function - Poor

This is a slim, attractive case that allows you to display your phone for watching video and to perform some functions without opening the cover. However, it makes it trickier to use with one hand, it does little to protect the phone from bumps and nothing to protect it from drops. 

The case is a tri-fold design. The backing of the case is not very secure on the phone. The two parts that bond together when not in easel formation start separating easier as time goes on, which can leave your phone less anchored to your hand. There is no way to 'latch' the front cover closed. 

Considering the Galaxy S8 screen is known to be much more fragile than other Galaxy models, choose a more protective case.

Attractive but not very protective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so i got this for my s8 and it got scratched easily i thought samsung would step up there game but the quality is average.i would recommend this but if your always moving or on your phone keep looking

Not good for protection!!

Received my phone on Wednesday went out and picked up the s-view flip cover today. I do not like it. The always on display is not compatible with the cover so you have to press the side button to display the time and weather. You cannot modify the time layout so the hour is always on top of the minute instead of reading 12:45. Lastly the display is very blurry so text messages and icons are not crisp. I will be returning the cover tomorrow. Thanks!

Not worth the price

There is a dime size circle on the inside cover.
It's Hard plastic... Any, dust, dirt and/or grime that gets in this area, just grinds away at the glass like sand paper! 
My glass is flawless everywhere but at this area covered in scratches!

Scratches my phones screen!

Loved the s view for my note 4. So much more functional. This design is horrible. All you can do is see the clock. On the note 4 you could change s view wallpaper, take photos, etc. Aod screen doesn't work. Flimsy protection. Not worth the $60. Please Samsung go back to the drawing board on this one.

Huge step back

I used this case as soon as a bought the S8. Used it for several months without problems. I loved being able to interact with my phone screen and see notifications while having the screen covered. However, one time while I was holding my phone, the case flipped open and released my phone from the case, sending it downwards into the corner of my desk, resulting in a cracked screen.

Worked great until it didn't.
