I'm loving this purchase! I love video quality. I bought to watch Netflix in bed at night. So despite my cold lonely life, this purchase has warmed up my bed. (It gets the right side, as I prefer the left). Best purchase ever!

I bought this tablet for basic operations---email,web searches, connecting to news services, weather forecasts, and as an ereader. Performs well in those functions. Don't have need of more advanced features so I am well satisfied with the performance of operations I want.

Good basic tablet

so I was skeptical at first. Was looking for a tablet mainly for Netflix, movies and browsing the internet.  Was debating either a tab 6 or 7 or the tab A.  Let me just say that I'm super happy with the tab A.  I'm only a month into using it but its honestly really great.  Better life is awesome. The 10.1 screen is amazing as well. No real complaints right now.  Only issue would be the internet. I downloaded Chrome, however, it keeps wanting to open every thing in samsung inteenet.  My s10 does that too.  But frankly, that's a very minimal drawback.  If your looking for a budget friendly every day tablet, I highly recommend the tab a.

Skeptical at first

I bought myself this tablet for Christmas and after using it for a week I must say that it's hard to complain about it. I looked at the other reviews and most people who are not satisfied with it seems to have made an uninformed buy. Is this Tablet as good as a Ipad pro? of course not! it's a third of the price! Is this tablet going to play all the new games at max graphic resolution? Of course it won't! Can you open 12 applications at the same time? Absolutly never it has 2gb of ram! This tablet is great for normal users who watch Netflix, Youtube, browse the Internet, check emails and video calls. If you want to draw on the tablet, play very demanding games, use it to play music then just go buy yourself a $900 iPad Pro and you won't be desapointed at all. For me I prefer paying $250 for this Samsung since I don't have those needs.

Great Tablet for a good price

Very satisfied with my Galaxy Tab A 10.1 :D. I use it everyday and the battery life it's very long. The speaker, fonctions, screen, colours, graphic work well,  I didn't encounter problems. Very nice product (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧   The price is worth it for 128 GB

Quite happy with my new tablet!

Only issue that I have to point out is that the Trusted Locations function for Secure Lock is still wonky.  Every day, I've had to create a new location for some reason so it doesn't keep locking g while in the house.

Good price, good features

Honestly with a product like Samsung I thought it would be better. 
I got it for my parents to have a tablet. It loads slow, and lags, that I find that I have to go to my phone or laptop to show them what they were trying to find on the tablet. 
Guess you get what you pay for.

Thought it would be better.

Satisfied, but the problem I have at the moment is that, not cable to transfer my screen to a TV by wire when I do not have internet, I bought an adator but it gives nothing.

Problem

Bought three months ago.
It was bought to be used as a Dedicated device for family finance management, bank account, pay bills, insurance etc. I usually turn off after each use.  And usually use it once or twice a week.

A month ago I notice unusual power drain, every time I turn it on it shows less than 10%, and that was a week with power off.

I am bringing it to service.

May be a lemon...
