Design

The new Ultra 2 watch feels great to wear. The previous marine band was not as ergonomic as the newer marine band. The watch itself feels lighter and looks a bit slimmer while retaining durability. 

Biggest changes I've noticed are the increased brightness and longer battery life.

I am yet to try out the health measurements but I am excited to do so.

Battery is awesome!

The watch itself is built well, I like the features, and health metrics. However, the huge let down is the battery. It barely lasts a day on my wrist. Seriously, considering returning given my Garmin lasted over a week per charge. Will give it another week to see if I can get over the lack of battery capacity. But, definitely a let down.

Great features, but lack of battery capacity.....

I just bought this, only to find out that it is not compatible with my trusty Note 10 Plus. I have no reason or desire to upgrade my phone at this time, as it still does everything that I need exceptionally well. I still have my original Samsung watch that works perfectly, but I liked the design and display of the Ultra2. Unfortunately, I can't get past the boot-up screen unless I upgrade my phone as well. Had I known this was the case, I could have avoided a lot of hassle and expense.

Beautiful watch, but incompatible with my device!

Mediocre product. Returned the watch after two weeks. I couldn't get used to the design and ergonomics. It's pretty ugly, and I didn't like several things: how it felt on my wrist, how notifications are implemented, and the design of the available watch faces. Battery life is a joke for the price tag. P.S. the watch was paired with a Samsung phone.

Galaxy Watch Ultra2

This would be the best Android watch on the market, however the inability of the watch to see through tattoo ink like competitors from Garmin and Google unfortunately leave it wanting for me. It's really too bad - the watch is fast, has a screen as bright as the sun and is very functional.

Okay hear me out on this one guy's. The watch performance is fantastic. Snap dragon 8 elite Gen 5 chip small, improvement in battery. Fast and accurate. This is where it ends.

You have this power house of a watch that you can't even enter lbs, or Reps during a workout. You got a very poor selection and limited of exercises. The App for Samsung health doesn't even support that. This is the age of tech and Samsung health can't even track a simple strength workout. The consumers paid for a futuristic watch thats pretty expensive and I putchased a phone ontop (Zfold 8) I dont want to pay for an app to track the basics ya know? 

The watch is practically the same as last year's and very minimal differences from the watch ultra first generation, lets be real. The display isn't very different, from previous generations. It's about as comfortable as the previous models and this watch isn't as durable as a Garmin.

At the end of the review it's a decent watch with cool features. If Samsung wants to up there game make the squircle design have better screen real-estate, a battery that lasts 7 days (it's possible and you know it) the app needs a designated strength and logging section not just cardio..... and a better overall design for comfort.

I'm sorry for being pedantic Samsung the Zfold 8 was awesome though

Worst customer service from Samsung, order was placed over a month ago and still no answer or updates from Samsung regarding the expected delivery date on the Ultra Watch 2. Called customer service multiple times, no updates from the reps, other than we have high orders. Samsung really needs to work on how they handle customer convenience. At least have the decency to inform and update customers.

I am writing to express my serious disappointment with my recent pre-order experience for the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2.
I placed my order through the Samsung online store about a week ago, expecting that a pre-order would provide a better overall experience, whether through an earlier delivery, a better promotion, or at least a clear and reliable fulfillment process. Unfortunately, the experience has been quite the opposite.
It has now been an entire week since I placed my order, yet the order status has remained unchanged at “Picked up by carrier.” There is no expected delivery date, no usable tracking information, and I am unable to make any changes to or cancel the order. Essentially, I have been left waiting for a week with no meaningful information or options.
What makes this even more frustrating is that Best Buy is already selling the exact same watch at the same price, with immediate availability. I also visited the Samsung Experience Store at Metrotown and was told that they have the watch in stock as well. In fact, the store is offering an additional 5–10% discount, making the in-store purchase potentially a better deal than the pre-order I placed online.
I therefore have to ask: what is the benefit of pre-ordering through Samsung's own online store if customers end up waiting indefinitely, cannot track their shipment, cannot cancel their order, and can actually purchase the same product immediately elsewhere — even at a better price?
I understand that shipping delays can happen, but the lack of transparency and the inability to cancel or modify an order for an entire week is extremely frustrating. The experience has caused unnecessary stress and has made me seriously question whether I should purchase from Samsung's online store again in the future.
I would appreciate it if Samsung could please:
Provide a clear and accurate status of my order and its expected delivery date;
Explain why the order has remained at “Picked up by carrier” without any tracking information;
Confirm whether the order can be cancelled immediately if it cannot be delivered promptly; and
Consider an appropriate compensation or price adjustment given the significantly worse experience and the fact that the product is already readily available elsewhere, including at Samsung's own retail location.
I hope Samsung can recognize how unreasonable this customer experience has been and provide a satisfactory resolution rather than simply asking me to continue waiting without any information.
I look forward to your prompt response.

Extremely Poor Pre-Order Experience

I just bought it at the beginning of the month and I have trouble having more than one day of battery usage. Am more than disappointed in the watch battery life.
