Keyboard

Considering only approximtely 23% of the Canadian population are Francophon, it is a disgrace that this keyboard cover is only offered in the French keyboard layout in Canada.  Not to mention that this keyboard cover is NOT backlit, but this infomation is not at all obvious as it is only mentioned way down the list of tiny fineprint.

Extremely disappointed that Samsung has not made this extremely important information very visible.  Not at all obvious how to get the Alt Gr key working either.

Not good enough Samsung.

Samsung Canada

Unfortunately like many of the other users have noted. All sizes of the Tab S9 series keyboard are in the french/english layout. I didn't realize assuming an english layout should be standard (outside of Quebec maybe?) even across most of Canada. No where in the description does it tell you this and the photos are definetely misleading. I got this for a promo price bundled with the tablet, otherwise I would 100% return it. 

Already spoke with an online specialist and they confirmed Canada only has the french/english layout and could not offer any solution besides a refund. Defintely not impressed. Considering they can just have Samsung.com ship us all the US standard layout we are all used to.

Besdies that the keyboard functions well for a tablet keyboard. The extra keys have made it a bit more of a challenge to type (I keep pressing "\" because thats usually where I reach for the enter key).

French/English

This is not like the picture, no choice for language before I order. Moreover, it's very annoying as I have to find out about returns and do it. Extremely unhappy with this. Key pressing is not soft and smooth as the magic keyboard of Apple.

No choice for language. Hate French keyboard.

I bought 2 of them as we bought 2 tablets and it is destroying the tablet experience. Both keyboards had keys pop off immediately that could not be replaced. Additionally, when you remove the keyboard from the tablet (which can happen very easily and by mistake), it sends some sort of message to the tablet. For Example in Netflix, it restarts your show and seems to send a back command in other programs. . If you are buying the tablet and are needing it to have a keyboard, you may want to re-think this tablet until the keyboard is fixed.

Junk and wrecking the Tablet experience.
