I've been using the Samsung 65-inch QLED 4K TV for a while now, and I'm extremely impressed. The picture quality is sharp, vibrant, and detailed. The colors really pop, and the brightness makes a big difference in both dark and bright rooms.
The smart features are easy to navigate, and streaming apps load quickly. Sound quality is surprisingly good for a thin TV, though pairing it with a soundbar takes it to the next level.
Overall, this TV offers fantastic quality for the price. Highly recommend!

Samsung TV doesn't disappoint!

I've had Samsung TV's for many years and am very pleased with their products.

Great TV

Bought 65" QN90B Neo QLED - LOVE IT - amazed at the beautiful picture!  The TV is upscaling what you watch to 4K.  

The box was so big and heavy, I couldn't even lift one end up a step, but the Fedx deliveryman carried it up the 7 steps on his own.  I was able to unpack, install the very heavy sturdy base, and upright the TV (on the floor only) on my own (suggests 2 people to lay the TV on a table and install the base - was very careful and kept it level on floor with the packed Styrofoam).  

We have a very bright room, and it has a very good picture compared to UHD (GREAT, even on old movies).  We did notice a blur, sometimes, (which could be the down streaming of the internet or certain movies rather than the TV; as, an old movie was so beautiful (but blurred in motion), yet one new Christmas movie was blurry a lot of times, even without motion.  The rest we watched had lots of action and had a great picture always).    

All of us think the TV has an amazing picture!

Very colorful, bright picture.

The best TV I have ever had!  This is my second Samsung and I will always buy this brand as it is rated number one and has been for years.  The picture quality is superb -- it's just like you're there, and the sound is outstanding -- don't even need a sound bar with this one.  Highly recommend!

Samsung is THE best brand to buy!

The TV is BEAUTIFUL. The image is crisp and the colors are very vibrant. I researched a lot of TVs before settling on this one and I'm so happy I did. It connects wonderfully to the Samsung soundbar ecosystem. The seller was very responsive and the delivery guys called me 2 days before the delivery to confirm it was arriving, and again 30 mins before the TV arrived so we were ready and waiting. They were very friendly and brought the TV into my flat and tested it out to check that it works before leaving. Super happy with how everything turned out and highly recommend.

Great experience all around!

It is big and the package is heavy.  Unfortunately, it was delivered when I was not at home and the delivery person left it in my driveway near the garage door. The package is about 150 lbs. but it is not easy to handle. The TV has a great quality picture and I have not even begun to investigate all of its features. It requires at least two people to handle the package and to setup and install it. I think it would have been much better if I had been contacted before the delivery. I don't think that it is a good idea to leave such an expensive item in the driveway when no one is at home. The unit is very well protected in the shipping carton, but I am not sure of what could have happened if it was raining? I am very satisfied with the quality of the product, but I think it is important for anyone purchasing this TV to understand that it is very large and heavy.

Great TV but be prepared for how heavy it is.

I bought this TV less then 2 years ago and the TV backlight is already gone, had to pay more to repair. Very disappointed!

Disappointing! Don't buy this TV

I bought the previous model of this TV (QN85QN90BAFXZA) in Jan 2024.   Manufacturer warranty expired in Jan 2025.   sometimes, when I turn on the TV, the screen is blank (very very low brightness picture).  Unplugging the HDMI cable and holding the TV power button for 20 secs or so and restarting brings it back to full brightness.   However, I am disappointed that Samsung TV is so fragile to fail within two years.  I've had other brand TVs last long 10 years without any issues.  And annoying thing is when I create service ticket, I get a message saying your warranty has expired and you may be charged for the labor and parts.
