Love the TV, dislike the delivery service. Whatever company delivered the tv stinks. I was home and they left both TVs outside in the sun! You couldnt ring the doorbell to let me know they arrived. Wont buy from Walmart again if this is the delivery service they use!

This TV has really good picture quality a thin frame and a real easy, rechargeable and solar power remote control which is nice. This is my third pick after exchanging two and I'm happy with this one. I did order a Samsung soundbar which has the 5:1 DTS built in, and this TV has that sound quality built in too. It's for my bedroom and it did need better sound quality, for movies. I watched a lot of comparisons on YouTube of different models from Samsung and this one I think was the best deal especially at $499.

Let's start with the remote... it charges from ambient light in the room.  The interface is quick and responsive.  The display looks great, way better than my TU7000 50".  A

I had a Samsung home theater system already.  Good thing I did.  The sound on the TV itself is horrible!  Otherwise, I'm very happy with the choice I made!  Make sure you buy a new HDMI cable if yours is older, or you won't get the picture quality you should be getting.  I don't use all the apps or other features, so I'm not sure it's worth the price for someone who just watches TV and movies via a cable or satellite company.  I bought it primarily in case I decided to cut the cord and go solely with streaming at some point.

Not sure it's worth the price!

Picture is great on this TV, but, the sound quality is poor. The sound is awfully aggravating. While watching anything on this TV the volume will go from normal to extremely loud, or extremely low. And, it does it all the time. Not just one channel, but, all channels. I know this normally happens when a commercial is on, but, this TV does it all the time.

Let me start off by saying this is my first time buying a TV through Walmart online. I purchased my tv back in July 2022 I always make sure with any electronic I always purchase a warranty. Well 5 months in my tv stopped working. It won't come on at all. I've done numerous trouble shooting with the warranty department but no resolution. A ticket was put in for a service repair team to come out to try and resolve the issue instead they closed the ticket with no one stepping foot at the residence. Everytime you call you get the runaround. No one is on the same page...another ticket was issued and yet again that ticket was closed without anyone coming out. Escalate the issue and all they want to do is send a service repair person instead of either replacing the TV or giving my refund. Now Im 1 month in with no TV and paying cable smh...By far the worst experience ever. Will never buy a TV through Walmart again

Horrible Service

it's after 28days it's started don't work normally, stopped pictures, remote control didn't work time to time and now I can't return or change this Tv

I would like to exchange this Tv with norm tv

This TV failed in less than a year. The power suppy failed. I contacted Samsung because it was under the manufacturer warrantee on December 11, 2022. The Samsung local repair service company contacted me the next day and I described the problem. They said they would order the necessary parts and contact me when they arrived, about 7 days. As of December 26, the parts have not arrived. I am using a 10 year old SONY TV until this repair is completed. Looking at other brands in the future.

So basically this was a great TV, at first. I purchased this for my father since I had a 55in version and he really loved the picture. This TV worked the same, just smaller but it only really was that way until one day the TV simply wouldn't show picture anymore. And by that I mean you turn it on and the picture would stay black, turn off for 2-5 seconds, then show the faded grey black pictures that I am sure some people may be familiar with if you left the TV/monitor on for awhile and goes into a shaded black power save version. It was like that. But it kept doing it in a loop. We had this TV for LESS than a year. And this is what happened. We tried to talk to Samsung and their support was very "crappy" to say the least. You talk to people that aren't living in America and they ask you to show "live" video with your Cell phone to proof/show your issue. We were supposed to get a follow up E-mail when we tried to get Warranty for the given 1 year warranty on purchase but nope. They never E-mailed back, Walmart store wouldn't accept the TV unless it was within 3 monthes, which this was longer. So do yourself a favor and stay away from Samsung's brand. Especially if you don't want to deal with foreign support.
