Just picked this baby up to replace my samsung Q8FN. I like how this tv has HDMI 2.1 so you can play the next gen gaming systems coming out soon. I was told the HDMI 2.1 Port also transfers a true 48gbps... can anyone confirm this? And I was told turning off game motion plus settings drops your input lag down to less then 9ms. But I currently have it on because I was told if it's enabled you get colour inverted, has this been corrected guys? Any input is MUCH appreciated!!

I bought this TV to get ready for Series X launch.(hdmi 2.1) The picture quality is out of this  world. I am replaying games on X1X just to see all the graphics I've missed. Free sync and ultra low latency are perfect. The return arc feature is great for lossless pass through audio on non hdmi 2.1 receivers. 4K HDR movies look amazing. Best TV I've ever owned. I have owned a lot.

I've owned Samsung TVs for many years. I have praised the picture wuality and reliability of these TVs to family friends any chance I get.  An excellent product. I was disappointed my 80” of 4 yrs ago was not evolved sufficiently for utilizing some North American apps

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this TV last year when it was released. This is my first Samsung TV purchased after doing few months research and comparison. So far this TV is running great and Picture and Sound Quality with Q- Symphony when connected with Q60T Sound bar is Awesome. Refresh Rate of this TV is Great. Highly Recommend this or the upgraded Product of Samsung TV.

Everything I need in a 4k

I was blown away by the viewing angles and the anti glare coating as I have the TV positioned in a bright room with a wide range of seating angles.  Disappointed with the lack of Dolby vision but I knew that going into the purchase.  What's a little confusing is the “What's in the box” Ive watched product unboxing from different regions and noticed some regions provide you both the smart and the more traditional remote where as here in Canada, only the smart remote was included.  Lastly I read in the inbox pamphlets that you should check to make sure you have the warranty card, yet there was no warranty card included in box, this is likely an opportunity to update the verbiage in the included reading material.

Met my expectations

I'd prefer if it was just standard android tv, I don't need shows playing in the background etc when I first turn it on..  It works, speakers are ok, built in os is snappy enough (though not as good as a NVIDIA shield), it runs plex.

I have had this TV q80t for over a year now and it's solid. I have seen some issues with wifi access and opted to hard wire it. The sound quality is great without adding a sound bar. It is great for movies and sports. I modified its setting as occasionally I saw jitter in playback for sports like tennis. Well worth the price I paid.

Excellent TV for the price

How about the Samsung Q80T for its gaming and watching sports but was very disappointed with the stuttering that this tv has it happens with quick moving or slow moving it happens all the time.
