I've had the TV now almost a year and I couldn't wish for no better. The color, brightness, and contrast are pretty much perfect, but if you do wish to adjust them it's easy. The interface is very user friendly and not difficult to use even for the less than tech-savvy person. This TV's resolution can support up to 4K which will offer a crisp clear picture that looks really good.

My old tv suddenly stopped working after having it for 15 years. I went and purchased this one and I just love it! Clear and great colour and sound. It's a smart TV as well and it's way easier to use. Had no issues setting it up and adjusting the brightness (as I like my tv a little darker) and the contrast is easy to adjust as well. Resolution is super clear and everything is fantastic.

Excellent TV

I'm very happy with the smart TV. It fully meets what the product promises, delivering very good 4K picture quality and stable performance in everyday use.

What I like the most is the wide variety of built-in apps, which makes the experience much more complete and convenient, since you don't need extra devices to enjoy streaming content. The interface is easy to use and responds smoothly.
The colors are very good, looking vibrant and well-balanced, and the brightness is also solid, providing a clear and enjoyable viewing experience even in different lighting conditions.
Overall, I think it's an excellent TV in terms of size, features, and usability, making it a great choice for home entertainment.

Great experience

Quality of TV and picture are excellent however there was no manual and the instructions on the screen are hard to follow. Because of this I said TV was good but without a manual I should have given it one star. Great TV But without an easy to read manual or easy to read instructions on the web it is difficult to obtain the value that one should derive from such a TV

Great TV but without a manual unable to access.

I really like the TV but my only complaint is that it keeps deleting the favorites list I make.  I have try all of the suggested fixes and nothing works. It will last around 2 days and then it's gone again lol

Good TV!!

Wow! Our first TV in a decade and what a difference. The sound quality is great but the resolution blew our socks off. On many of the older shows (Cheers) it looks like I am watching a stage show; almost 3D. And the setup was a breeze, as we use Samsung phones the TV automatically detected them and connected to our WiFi on the first attempt. Highly recommend this TV.

I bought tv almost a month back , interface is confusing and picture quality performance just average

Good for starting

Bought this tv in December and it was great by February the tv started to glitch and pixelates while watch for 30 seconds to a minute at a time. Contacted the store where we bought it and were told to contact Samsung, contacted Samsung and they told us we have to catch the glitch on camera before they will do anything if at all. Would not recommend these tvs.

Pixelated glitch

I bought this TV a month ago and I'm very disappointed that my fire stick does not work with this TV very well period every morning when I wake up and I turn on the TV and I choose the fire stick option my TV does not recognize the fire stick I have since ordered a new fire stick to see if this is the problem but at the moment every time I have used this TV I cannot get the fire stick to connect right away for me to watch my shows period thank you
