I needed a tv after a power surge fried mine. Walmart was reasonably priced, easy to order, and delivered quickly.   Wish it was that easy with the competitors.   My other TV was fried by a power surge, new one has a power surge I attached.

We received our TV quickly and setup was fairly easy. When setup the picture is sharp and clear and the colour is exceptional.

We already had two Samsung TVs at home, and our oldest is over 10 years old and still going strong. So when it was time to go bigger, staying with Samsung was a no-brainer. The 85" Crystal UHD has not disappointed.

Yes, 85 inches in the bedroom, and it's an absolute game changer. It's like having your own private cinema to wind down in every night. While this TV was an upgrade for us, I honestly wasn't expecting much for the price, yet I am impressed with the clarity of the image with detail showing where other TVs would show dark shadows.  It took a little getting used to the report, but in the end I appreciate the simplicity of its design.

Good tv, easy to set up, perfect picture for movie / tv viewing. Earc is super handy. Only reason for 4/5 stars is the OS is a little slow. Still much faster than other cheaper smart tvs by far though. If you compare it to a Roku or similar it's slightly slower.

70” Tv

I do have a regret but it's not Samsung's problem.. I had a tv where my hearing aids were connected and didn't have all the problems I'm having now.  That connection was just one that needed a hole to plug in the back…but we couldn't use on that tv.  With that connection, when my phone rang, it would lower the sound, etc etc etc.
Now, I'm stuck with problems every morning when I open the tv and has to close it every time my phone ring.  Sometimes I wish I could return it as I've kept my of tv…

Features they don't have for hearing impaired
