I bought this a month ago and the experience has been great. The picture quality and audio is good for my small apartment.
Only issue that I had was the connectivity delay between the remote and the TV, there is sometimes a 3sec gap between pushing the button and action on the TV.
But other than that it’s great.

Good features, easy to use, well made

I bought the Samsung 75” Crystal UHD U8000F 4K Smart TV (2025) and I love it. The screen is huge and the picture is super clear, even when I’m watching older shows. Colors look bright and natural, and 4K movies feel like I’m at the cinema.

The smart features are easy to use — all my streaming apps are built in, and I can control it with my voice. Sports and action scenes play smoothly, and my games look great too.

The sound is fine, but I added a soundbar and it’s much better. Overall, it’s a beautiful TV that makes everything I watch more enjoyable.

Massive Screen, Stunning Picture – Loving My Samsu

I have been using this TV for a bit over a month. The sound Quakity is amazing, the picture is great, the set up was a bit of a challenge 

I played around with the picture components so that some movies and shows didnt feel so choppy. I am not used to 4K 

All in all its been great.

The sound quality!!!

I  bought it from a store in a different town as i am handicapped and needed delivery and set up and removal of my old tv that was ready to quit.. I walk with two canes or a walker and some things i just can't do.My neighbor down the street has a son in law that owns Today's furniture and electronics in Redvers and he sells Samsung and brought it to my town and set it up no charge. The television has a great picture and works great.. i can finally watch my Prime movies on it which is a great bonus as my old set wasn't set up for Prime. It was a smart purchase from a store owner with a large heart.. i am quite pleased .

An excellent tv from a store with a big heart..

I bought this tv just before Christmas. It was easy to connect but I found it difficult to set up (79 years old and not great with digital stuff). 
The picture and sound are great. 
The tv does not have a digital optical port so I can’t hook up my hearing aids directly to the tv and for me, that is a a bit of a problem

Good product but lacking one feature

SO FAR SO GOOD, WE WILL KNOW MORE AS TIME GOÈS ON. I LIKE THE SIZE, RIGHT UP TO THE EDGE OF THE TV, THE OLD ONE , A 50 INCH HAD A 2 INCH PLASTIC BORDER AROUND THE SCREEN. 
IT WAS A 50 INCH PANASONIC, BUT IT DID LAST 15 YEARS.
ps nobody and nothing gets 5 stars, al lways time to be better.

The picture is great but the volume isn't to great, plus there is no audio out on this TV so that makes it useless for my living room with my 7.2 stereo.

Received it as a Christmas gift from our children.  
Sometimes when we turn our TV on their is no sound ( it’s happed 6 times since received it at Xmas 2025
It lasts over 1/2hr we push every button until the sound comes back on.   We are really not very happy
Can you tell us what we need to do so we don’t loose sound?

Not happy

Nice TV and perfect size for me but have a 6 inch strip down the centre of the screen that turns that part of the picture backwards and travels. Only occurred every once in a while now constant. Frustrating. Would have given a 2 rating if I didn’t like TV.

Great colour

I bought a 57-inch and the picture is not sharp
