Have had this phone for about two months now, and so far, so good. Love the fact that when it is flipped shut, it is so tiny that it fits easily into a pocket. When unfolded though, the phone is long and sleek and the resolution is awesome. Not much different than my last Samsung phone (it was only 2 years old when I traded it in on this one) but I really appreciate the flip feature. I overheard a lady dissing this phone when I was in the store buying it - she didn't trust the screen not to break really easily because you do fold it and unfold it fairly often. Hope this doesn't happen but if it does, I have a warranty!

I was very hesitant to buy this phone.  It took me from the time the first flip phone to decide.  The reviews were excellent.  I compared the specs with other phones and it was always comparible.  Love how it works and feels.  Would highly recommend it.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PHONE

I bought this phone about a month ago and so far it is everything I thought it would be. The compact size is perfect for the pocket and folds out to a great size screen for easy viewing. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is in the market for a new phone.

I'm impressed with the phone and all the features!

It is prefect I don't understand why everyone is hating on this. It is pretty smooth for a flip phone with full screen. Got a case and just need to find screen protector that works with it and I will be all set. Very happy my daughter is getting one next now.

Can't see the crease when using it which is great and the screen is nice and big and bright. Love the fold feature for pictures/videos. However the hinge aspect I still have reservations about how long it will last. Also i get paranoid about the dust getting  in the hinge and on the inside screen

Legit

Nice size, flip feels solid.  Finger issues finding the right letter for typing, so screen size must be a bit different from other Samsung.
Still concerned about long-term strength.  
Screen protector is visible all around edges.  Concerns about replacing it when it inevitably starts to peel around edges.  No good local support in Canada.

Flip4 Purple

We got our matching Z4 Flips a couple weeks ago now and we are still experimenting and figuring things out with them. A few things we're excited about with this phone such as the flip convenience and being more compact and easier to carry or Conceal as the nostalgic flip phones from 20 years ago. They should have left well enough alone back then but we are sure glad they brought it back. One downside so far is the fact that you cannot continue phone call with What's App and record video at the same time as we were able to do so with our Pixel 3's, which proved to be very convenient for us. To bad. Maybe next model Flip.?

Convenience, Compact, Powerful, New learning curve

Not gonna list the good stuff of it as they are the way it should be considering how much we paid for it. Few points for Samsung to improve
1. The sensitivity is not great when you tap on certain spots on the screen.
2. The battery life is not as good as Huawei Mate 40. Just about the same as Iphone.
3. Needs to restart the phone a few time when i tried to run multiple apps together provided that the phone is only 1 week old.

Not impressed

Not happy with the front camera it's so noisy and less quality it not a big deal while taking photos because you can use rear camera but on a video call it really shows how bad it is. I would be really happy if samsung had a pro version of flip with great camera like s22. I would be willing to pay more at least I am getting better camera.

Satisfied but not totally happy.

The front screen is useless.  I gotta beat on it repeatedly to get it ro go through usless things on it. Sensitivity needs to be increased along with being able to place what i want in the order i want. I also like to touch my phones to unlock them. Using the side button is useless.  It took forever to get it to read my print that it never accepts.  Samsung why? You have a great camera option for it. You have the making of a great phone but u put outdated crap on it.

My hinge broke within the first 2 weeks of owning this phone, causing the phone only to be able to open halfway with the black line across the middle. This made the top half of the phone non responsive. 

I had done nothing to cause the hinge to break, other than try to open my phone one day.

Thankfully Samsung fixed it for free, but i can tell it is still super flimsy.

Hinge durability is awful.
