The price was outrageous. Wont do that again.

I was a bit apprehensive ordering the sand online, as this is for centerpieces I am making.  But the color was true to the online phone.  But also, the packaging.  I was a bit nervous opening it.  I was so afraid I'd end up getting sand all over the place.  But it came in a bag inside a box inside another box, not including the shipping box.   The bag had plenty of room in it so I was able to easily cut open a hole at the top and pour the sand into an oversized bowl.   I spilled not one bit of it.  That alone makes it worth it.

Nice color and texture but very expensive for the small amount you receive for the money unfortunately.  Should be half the cost that it is.  Well packed and boxed though.

White Sand

I bought this (light blue) sand for my son and granddaughter to play together, and it's a beautiful color, and they did love it. It doesn't turn their hands blue, and it's very soft... but, I guess I didn't realize that 10 pounds would be such a small amount for $31.00!  It doesn't even take up 1/4 of the container I bought to put it in, which is an under-the-bed plastic bin with wheels; not large by any means.  So, they have to push the sand all to one side to make it deep enough to play in!  I would love to buy more to fill the container, but the expensive price makes that undesirable!   

So, if anyone is planning to buy this sand for play, be prepared to pay a lot to make it a decent amount for playing in.

Very small amount for the price!

This sand is so fine its a hazard to small children, and the blue dye is so bad its dyed the plastic bag it came in. I do not recommend this product for small children!

The color in the picture is not the color of the actual sand.

That is a ridiculous amount of money for that sand. Lesson learned
