Love the height and it's beautiful! The instructions should tell you to put on the legs last if you're assembling yourself.

Great bed

I love this bed!!  It is not only modern and appealing, but great quality and very sturdy.  I am so glad I spent a little more money, as you often get what you pay for.  Assembly was not bad, took two of us an hour or so.  Parts were stored right in the headboard with all them marked well, including all hardware.  Instructions were easy to understand.  I would buy this again in a heartbeat!!!

I was looking for a bed that was sturdy and solid, looked nice, and didn't cost a fortune. This bed checks all of the boxes! It looks great, doesn't squeak or shake when you move, and was relatively easy to put together with two people. And it comes in so many pretty colors. Very happy with this purchase.

Love this bed!

Very pretty and quite sturdy.  Very happy with the purchase.  It took me several hours (4+) working alone to put together.  It will go much faster if you have help. Directions are all done by pictures, so look carefully before each step.  When putting in the slats, don't push the middle piece down until you have both slats slotted in.  Otherwise, you'll have to pull them all out as the slats don't bend so you can't force them into the middle piece, if already in place.  

The delivery was 3 days earlier than expected - shocking! (LOL)  Still waiting for the mattress delivery, which was purchased elsewhere.

Very Nice Bed.

The kit arrived with everything needed to complete assembly, tools and all.  It was very logical and the instructions were almost perfect (one or two drawings did not identify what nuts and spacers were needed but it was simple to figure out.  This is a two person job!  Before starting assembly, I also learned much by reading previous reviews.   Ashley  Furniture offered a two inch thick floorboard to rest on the thin slats of the sturdy metal frame.  I will order this because the mattress floor is several inches higher than my old frame, ergo I cannot use my old box spring as it  would jack up to mattress to a height requiring a step stool to get in bed.  Also, the thin slats do not offer enough structure to my mattress.  I need a firmer floor.  That stated, I really enjoy the subtle, cozy appearance of this bed frame, and appreciate the myriad thoughtful details in its design.

Well-designed, well-built, attractive bed frame

This bed is solid...like a brick xxxxhouse.  The components were packaged very well and totally protected.  I'd suggest using some type of rachet Allen wrench.  There are plenty of tools provided, but that rachet would help.  Actually, I did see a little one in the box afterwards.  Maybe that would have done the trick.  I assembled almost all of it myself.  There are a couple of times you need two people.

Gorgeous bed frame!

Looks good, straightforward to assemble.  Somewhat light on the construction materials.

We like this bed for our guest room. It looks modern and made sturdy with good quality. Plus it has a big selection of colors. The fabric is velvety. However, it comes in hundred pieces that have to be put together but 3 people. To make a frame two people have to hold boards balanced while the third it dealing wilt 200 screws! It took 3 of us 3.5 hours. Great help that they have included a ratchet that makes it a fit faster and less annoying. Also, make sure to check the instruction after opening the box. Many pieces are inside the headboard! Kinda cool but unexpected.  Overall I believe for this price it should not be that much assembly work.
