About the same as a No. 2 school pencil

I like them. Easy to write with and sharpen. Pencil Sharpener doesn't eat them up like regular pencils. Granddaughters school returned them. Not what they asked for, but it was on their list.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pre-sharpened pencils all the way! Even if you're going to sharpen them it's nice to be able to use the pencil right away. It seems like a minor thing but our pencil sharpener always walks away right when you need it. Same goes for throwing them in the kids backpack. Otherwise a pencil is a pencil.

The eraser works great, pencil fits perfect in hands, I don't think it's suitable for toddlers as mine has trouble holding it. Rights well and clearly and doesn't break easily.
