We purchased 2 sets of these dishes, along with 2 sets of matching mugs. Upon arrival, all the dishes were carefully packed, which was appreciated. The color, size, and weight are all winners. The sizes are actually perfect for smaller portions. Of the 40 pieces we received, only one plate had an imperfection along the bottom rim. There is a place that did not get coated. Other than that, perfection. Highly recommended! And, the price is amazing.

These dishes are absolutely stunning!  The colors are so cohesive and the little flecks and ridge details really make the dishes stand out and look like they were bought at a fancy pottery shop.  They are heavy duty and seem like they'll stand the test of time.   I purchased the matching mugs to complete this set.  A wonderful value for the price, I feel like they could double the cost and I still would have purchased.  

One note is that the dishes are fairly weighty, so keep that in mind if you are looking for more lightweight dishes, these may not be for you.

Are these from Pottery Barn?!

I love this set.  I have even microwaved with these.  I originally chose this set not only for it's durability and looks but also because it had two sized bowls instead of coffee cups i would never use.  Finally a 16 piece set that I can use every piece

I loved that there were no cups included. It's a little thicker than normal dishes but that was okay with me. The colors are even more gorgeous in person. I am in love with these!

Love them!

Stoneware was very nice and looked the same as pictured. Only thing  I thought was strange is that the set had 4 very small bowls along with 4 regular sized bowls and no coffee mugs. You have to buy coffee mugs separately.

So Happy With These Dishes

Love this set! The cereal bowls are a bit smaller than I anticipated, and the soup bowls are also pretty small (remind me of ice cream bowls). But nonetheless, I love the whole set! Cereal bowls can be used as small salad bowls or cereal bowls!

Love the colors/plates are durable

The dishes were exactly as pictured. The colors were accurate, paint and glaze jobs were flawless and they arrived perfectly secured and undamaged. Also, in shopping around for the best price, Walmart beat everyone by $10. An added bonus!

Exactly what I was looking for

So, I love this dish set, but the bowls are so small? I was very surprised when I took them out. The plates are expected size and lovely. I love the pottery, they are great in every way, except the bowl size. Be aware if your are ordering, the bowls are tiny.

Bowls very small, but a beautiful set

I LOVE the dishes (the colors and natural and beautiful), BUT have goen through 6 boxes of dishes to try to get 4 good sets and still down't hvae 4 good sets.  In every box so far, although packed wonderfully, I've had to weed out 1-5 pieces in each set that has had a flaw.  I'm still trying.

Beautiful, but beware of flaws

Unfortunately there are too many defects in multiple pieces.  I tried to get a set of 8 and the 3rd box had flaws in the same color dishes and I didn't want to order another box and gave up and returned all 3 boxes of dishes and a box of the dinner bowls as well.
