Difficult to position accurately on bike frame.

Requires minimal effort and no special skills.

Offers immersive exercise experience while riding.

Works as described.  I like it.  Very stable.  
Lining up the fluid wheel assembly onto the rack required more strength than the videos suggest.  I finally used a long thick screwdriver to thread the hole.  Took several tries to make the speed sensor pair.  
Whole process certainly was not slick like saris YouTube videos.
