I've had this for a couple months now and so glad I bought it. It replaced a different maker's that was inferior though less cost. So glad I went for it, thank you. It's reliable, solid build, quieter than others, gives a comfortable feeling that it will last a long time. The only missing piece to this picture is a simple cycling app - who wants to pay for the subscriptions out there when one of the primary reasons for a home trainer is to cut the cost of gym subscriptions. I don't ding Saris for this, so my rating for the trainer itself remains high.

After quite a bit of research into the somewhat confusing world of indoor trainer reviews I purchased this trainer with the speed sensor and have been very pleased with my decision. Combined with the Rouvy app I am able to get a great workout virtually biking around the world.

Buying was a good decision.

I've had my trainer for about a month and I use it 3 or 4 times a week and I just love it.  It was super easy to set up... the hardest part was getting my bike down the basement stairs.  Easy to use,  connected easily with the apps that are out there.

So easy to set up

Was gifted this for Christmas this year and had it set up the next afternoon. Took less than an hour to get it set up with bike attached and I am not someone who typically does my own work on my bike so removing the rear wheel was a new experience.

Clear instructions, easy to follow. The most confusing part was trying to understand how to affix the included speed/cadence sensor to the rear wheel hub.  The instructions for this are small, and images were not helpful but once I figured out the steps, it was easy.

Was up and riding a couple training rides on Rouvy, using the included free month trial code, by mid afternoon.  

First impression is that I will be happily using this daily at least.

Easy Set Up!

Works as described.  I like it.  Very stable.  
Lining up the fluid wheel assembly onto the rack required more strength than the videos suggest.  I finally used a long thick screwdriver to thread the hole.  Took several tries to make the speed sensor pair.  
Whole process certainly was not slick like saris YouTube videos.

I have really enjoyed the trainer so far. Took some additional research to figure out how to pair the sensor to my watch but once I figured it out it's been a very smooth experience since! Absolutely love this and very happy with my purchase.

Perfect during winter months!

I like it.  Took weeks to get the attention of the support team to get the sensor working.  But the trainer it self is good.  I can watch TV at a reasonable volume while riding, it's a good workout.

Watched a video to check the setup and then got going.  Love that I don't have to worry about how much pressure to set on the rear wheel--easy click and it's ready!  And the feel with gear changes feels natural, like I'm riding outside.

Easy to get going and use!

The trainer works easy enough setting up/connecting to your bike, however the cadence/speed sensor was confusing as not all apps work with both speed and cadence. This was unclear and took a long time to figure out via the email support team. There are no calls being accepted with customer support nor the store, so it took me hours of research and days to finally get up and running once I figured out how the sensor worked differently. 

The fluid squared must be recently new because the app support teams did not know what it was/it was not an option on the biking apps. It does work with Peloton, which is great! Overall Im satisfied, but wonder if I couldnt have achieved the same end result for cheaper.

For a basic trainer, its awesome. I have used it for about a month and its fun, quite and exactly what I was looking for .
Saying that the sensor needs to better. It does not work as cadence but great as speed.
