[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A bit of a problem figuring out how to turn it on.  Also battery magnets could stick better - just need to be attentive that it's charging correctly.  Multiple speeds and vibrations nice.

Powerful and waterproof

I used to love this product. I ordered this exact one back in 2019 and it lasted me until 2023 so nearly 5 years. The one from 2023 lasted me until 2025 so 3ish years okay… getting worse now. And this one I just ordered Jan 2026 and it is now March 30th and this thing is having the death rattle already. This death rattle (and rough sound) with the motor  used to only happen to me towards the end of my vibrators life- NEED I REMIND YOU I HAVE HAD THIS ONE FOR LESS THAN 3 MONTHS. This product is absolute trash now and they've changed how they used to make it and now it's cheap and breaks so quick. Don't waste your money and buy something else cos this product has gone to garage. You can hear my video with how rough it sounds (and yes this is fully charged). I used to love this product. Trash Quality Starts to Die in Less Than 3 Months

The device arrived charged, but I couldn't turn it off once it was on. The button design is confusing — it blends into the device, and it's unclear whether there's one button or two. Holding it down for 5 seconds did nothing. After pressing it repeatedly (and for way too long), it finally shut off, but I still don't know what I did to make that happen.

I've reached out to the company to return it, but I haven't received any response. It's been several days. At this point, I'm wondering if I'm just stuck with a $35 device I can't even use.
