The fabric is a little bit glossier than the pictures on the website. I don't care about that, but some people might.
The tread is a lot sturdier than the pair I'm replacing (Kinvara 13). I expect these will last a lot longer.
As usual with Saucony running shoes, the comfort is peerless. No notes.

I bought the first pair and noticed the ratings were not 4-5 star, which was surprizing.  Some of the comments didn't make sense to me.  Anyway, I just purchased a second pair because they were great and the price of the shoe dropped a lot.  It's a 4mm drop which I like. I used to get Triumph, but Saucony keeps changing the basics of Triumph, particularly the drop, which was originally 4mm, then 8mm, now 10mm and the Triumph (from a year+ ago) sole is too noisy.  I also like the Freedom sole since it is pretty quiet and not slippery on wet surfaces.

Great training shoe, good fit.

Exactly what I hoped they were. Great support running shoes that can also handle some weight training. Perfect WOD shoe with running or Murph. Super lightweight and a joy to wear. Toe box has room and you can wear these loose or locked down for a great fit. I got them on a great sale, otherwise I'd probably knock down to 4 stars at full price for two reasons: the outsole materials have no shot at withstanding long-term durability and the tongue is a little thin so tight lacing hits the top of the feet. Neither issue is a big one, just to note the sale makes these amazing.

Surprisingly Solid

I bought these for playing pickleball. They are comfortable,light and my feet do not hurt after a 2 hour rigorous session of playing . I'm not sure if these are the best shoes for side to side as well as back and forth motion but so far the support seems to be working.
If you are just running these will fit the bill for sure

Pickleball shoes

I bought these shoes recently, and the side of the sole/cushion is already chipping off. On my first wear of the shoes, I was already seeing the white foam underneath the black layer that should be the shoe's color. It makes the shoes already look worn out, but I've only had them for 3 weeks.

Disappointed In The Quality

I'm a big fan of saucony shoes in general. Extremely comfortable and usually long lasting. Having said that, these shoes have not held up well. I've had them a month.

Find the shoe very stiff and narrow comparing to the Freedoms. I wish the normal Freedoms would be available.

Please get the old Freedoms back.

Not like previous Freedom shoes at all. The sole is hard and not forgiving. They shouldn't have used the name Freedom in it at all since they were trying to go for more of a CrossFit style shoe

Not at all like the old Freedoms

Yes, I have bought multiple pairs of sneakers from you guys. That's all I wear and this last purchase I'm not very happy and they didn't come to their expectations that I thought all the rubbers rubbing off on the side they were total black sneaker which I need for work and they all everything rubbed off and turned to white I've had them just a monthand I'm not very happy with that because that's all I wear are your sneakers. They're the best wearing sneakers I've ever owned and I'm on my feet 12 hours a day, but these ones are not satisfied.

I've been a Freedom wearer for a number of years.  This is a totally different shoe and it is deceiving to use the Freedom name.  I wore them twice and have already put them in the donate pile.
