The Ride 14 is almost certainly the best version of the Ride, and I've run in all versions. The Formfit feature, for the first time, works as a single, full-length system. Previous iterations tended to feel as if there were 2 independent pods--heel & forefoot. The result is a lightweight shoe that conforms to the foot throughout the stride as a single unit. For me, this enables a better push-off as well as a stronger feeling that the shoes are working with my feet & right up the chain of levers from ankles to hips. Plus, big style points for the colors. Now, Saucony, don't change a thing.

I have been running in the Ride for many years and think of it as my go to shoe for the vast majority of my runs. Very comfortable and they remain comfortable even after a few hundred kilometres. A favourite!

Ride 14, comfort, dependable and long lasting.

Been running in the Ride for about 8 years now. Not sure why this iteration is getting the mediocre reviews. This shoe has been great for years and this one is no different. Works on fast days, slow days, long days, you name it. Just the right amount of flexibility and stability with some sweet cushion.

Good as always

Great cushion and amazingly light weight and responsive to surface. No pain point or rubbing and +250 miles in. Bought two more pairs after the first 100miles. Must have for long runs.

Must have for long runs

I have been wearing the Ride for a couple of years and just purchased the Ride 14.  After a few training runs I decided to wear them at a 50k at the Kensington Marathon (Michigan).  I was impressed with feeling of the Ride and had no issues with wearing the shoe for 31 miles.

Ride 14 is a nice fitting shoe that is lightweight and comfortable the whole run with an added feature, the laces stay tied :)

Great comfort while logging in the miles.

Not sure what they changed, but these went from being supremely comfortable, to terrible in the forefoot. I have had the 11's and 12's and they were great, but I would have returned these immediately if not for the awful return policy. I do like the orange color though, so that's why they got 2 stars.

Wildly uncomfortable

I wanted to love these as much as my other saucony but not so much.  The right shoe is very tight in the heel cup and causes some pain when used for longer runs. Also causes some hotspots on the bottom of my feet during those long runs as well. Not as cushioned as implied.
