I bought this for my art room. I like that the shelves are deep to hold binders with out the spine's hanging out and over. It's very sturdy. It's a great price for what it is. It is not real wood, but I was t expecting that. It is very easy to build.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy enough to assemble. Was pleasantly surprised that the gray color matches my gray floors pretty much exactly. I was worried that it would show up as more of a blonde plus silver but it is a very nice gray. I've always enjoyed this brand and found it good quality. I actually have larger bookshelves from the same brand that are over 20 years old. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

Very attractive

Easy to assemble and beautiful cherry wood color. Seems very sturdy.

It was easy to assemble and handled the overflow of my pantry well.

For under $30, I didn't have high expectations for this bookcase. As long as it matched my other furniture and did its job, it was fine by me. The instruction manual to assemble this bookcase was simple to understand, which was great. There were only a few pieces to put together and you will need a phillips screwdriver and a hammer. The backing of the bookcase is a flimsy board. The backing was tri-folded for shipping. I didn't like the way the folds showed up on the face side with the paper cracking on the folds, so I flipped it and nailed it down backwards. It didn't look too bad. If you put it against a white/beige wall, it's unnoticeable. I think the white creases on the dark wood colored side would have bothered me more.

Not bad for the price

The bookcase didn't hold as many heavy items as I had hoped it would.  A couple of the shelves began to sag under the weight of heavy books and I had to do some rearranging.  All in all, it's fine for what I wanted it for and the price was right.

A good buy for the money.

This is a cute bookcase. I bought it for my daughter's room, not to use as a bookcase but as a storage shelf. My husband put it together in a few minutes. You do have to be careful, it is partical board after all.

Good little bookcase

Cheaply made and is literally held by 8 screws. You get what you pay for, I expected it to be cheap but is wobbly and they send you stickers to cover the screws, not even plastic covers. Totally disappointed

The item was defective.  The holes for one of the sides was drilled on the wrong side.  As well as the holes on the tops and bottom were put unevenly.  It was impossible to get it put together evenly.
