[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the price this is an extremely beautiful and quality piece of furniture.  I also purchased the matching desk.  The wood is a rich color, and the gold hardware is beautiful.  The assembly took some effort, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Beautiful, Durable office furniture

Beautiful and sturdy.  Perfect for my home office.

I bought this in addition to the matching desk for extra storage in my home office. It was pretty straightforward to put together and it seems very sturdy. My only challenge with it is that the hinges are very hard to adjust. I tried for a long while, got frustrated, and had my husband come figure it out. He is a contractor and does this for a living, and it took him a while to get the doors adjusted properly. So… maybe the hinges could be upgraded to the ones that are a little more straightforward to adjust. But once adjusted, the doors work great and the cabinet looks and functions really nicely!

Nice addition to my home office

This cabinet was just what I needed. It is a quality cabinet with well-manufactured parts. The instruction manual is very detailed and easy to follow. All parts are properly labeled to facilitate construction. The only issue I encountered was that the drawer bottom was cracked and chipped in one spot. I'm concerned it might eventually fail after prolonged use, but this is a minor problem. No other parts were damaged and everything was assembled without any issues. Everything else about this cabinet is excellent and frankly exceeded my expectations. I'm very pleased that I chose this cabinet for my home office.

Great product for book and game storage in our office. Easy to assemble.

Great product

Nice strong piece of furniture.  I  live on the 4th floor of a walkup, and I had to open the box downstairs and make 3 trips!  It goes together easily , but does take a while. 

But as soon as I finished it there was a chunk out of the top of the drawer front and the top of the unit scratched when I slid a book across it. 

That said I'm still buying two more. (And, yes the shelves on it are secured to the wall w hidden French cleats)

Nice piece, wish it were made w better wood

It took a long time to put together. Sauder should have offered (for a fee) an option for someone to put together the furniture.

Nice looking product; BUT

This small cabinet is fairly easy to assemble, it looks good and can easily fit in a room like the living room or bedroom. It has pretty good amount of space. I like the top drawer for books, magazines, papers. The bottom space is good for storing pillows, bedding, blankets that you use in the living room. Good edition for your living space!

Overall this is a decent product. It seems solid. The instructions are excellent, very easy to follow with additional information that I don't usually see with this type of products. My only concern is the veneer seems to be kind of thin compared to other products we have purchased from other manufacturers. Otherwise, very happy with this product.

Solid product, not sure about quality of veneer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Parts were not threaded correctly and would not fit together.

Made of low quality particle board under the veneer finish. I know this because the disassembled pieces were poorly packed in thin cardboard resulting in multiple chunks having broken off the boards during transit. Might look okay assembled but have to believe durability is an issue. Seeking a refund and will buy something else.
