Very very happy with the purchase of this desk, it's  exactly what I expected! I'm giving it 5 stars because I didn't have to put I to together.  My husband on the other hand, would give it 4 stars, because some of the parts were not labeled, which slowed the process down.

Well, its a heavy, roomy desk. It arrived somewhat banged up. The desk top was pretty severely gouged upon arrival, however the gouge was in the underside, so we decided to continue forward with the desk. The material is MDF, so don't expect too much out of it. The "veneer" on the desk top has already begun to separate from the underlying MDF, and the edges are already showing wear, and we've only had the desk for about 1 month. The desk does take 2 to assemble, mostly because it is very big and heavy. We chose this desk because it was cheap and met our size needs. Just don't expect too much at this price.
